Image decoding method, image encoding method, apparatus, and device thereof

Abstract

The present disclosure provides an image decoding method, an image encoding method, an apparatus, and a device thereof. The method includes: decoding reconstruction values of all prediction groups included in a current coding unit one by one to obtain reconstruction values of the current coding unit; wherein the current coding unit includes one or more non-overlapping prediction groups each other; decoding the reconstruction value of any one prediction group comprises: obtaining the reconstruction value of the prediction group by decoding a residual reconstruction value and a prediction value of the prediction group; decoding the residual reconstruction value of the prediction group comprises: parsing one set of coefficient values or multiple sets of coefficient values of the prediction group; in response to determining not to perform an inverse transform, performing inverse quantization on the one set of coefficient values or the multiple sets of coefficient values to obtain the residual reconstruction value of the prediction group; in response to determining to perform an inverse transform, performing inverse quantization on the one set of coefficient values or the multiple sets of coefficient values to obtain residual transform coefficient values of the prediction group, and performing an inverse transform on the residual transform coefficient values of the prediction group to obtain the residual reconstruction value of the prediction group. According to the solution of the present disclosure, decoding performance can be improved.
