Printed circuit board segmentation detection method and detection equipment

Abstract

The present invention provides a printed circuit board segmentation detection method and detection equipment. The method includes: obtaining reference images and small board images obtained by cutting multiple circuit boards; performing tilt correction on the small board image based on the reference image to obtain a corrected small board image; obtaining a segmentation line and a reference line on the corrected small board image based on the segmentation detection box and reference detection box; dividing the segmentation line to obtain at least two corresponding contour lines; calculating the distance between each contour line and the reference line; determining whether the small board corresponding to the small board image is a defective small board based on each distance. The printed circuit board segmentation detection method provided in this application can improve the accuracy and efficiency of printed circuit board segmentation detection.
