Abstract
Claims
1. A radiator fastener with an ejector function, comprising a first locking device (2) and a second locking device (3) for fixing both ends of a radiator (1), characterized in that: the first locking device (2) comprises a first base (21), a first ejector pin (22) floatingly disposed on the first base (21) and used to eject one end of the radiator (1), a movable limiting block (23) disposed beside the first ejector pin (22) and capable of moving and pressing against the radiator (1) for fixing, and a first base (21) for fixing the radiator (1). The first base (21) has a button (24) for pushing the movable limiting block (23) to disengage from the heat sink (1) and an elastic element (25) for pushing the movable limiting block (23) to maintain the limiting position of the heat sink (1); the movable limiting block (23) is hinged to the first base (21), and one end of the movable limiting block (23) is provided with a locking part (231) that can swing onto the heat sink (1) for limiting, and the upper end surface of the locking part (231) is inclined.
2. A radiator fastener with an ejector function as described in claim 1, wherein: The first base (21) is provided with a support platform (211) for supporting one end of the radiator (1), wherein the first ejector pin (22) is floatingly mounted on the support platform (211), and a first compression spring (26) for pushing the first ejector pin (22) upward is provided in the support platform (211).
3. A radiator fastener with an ejector function as described in claim 1, wherein: The elastic element (25) is a torsion spring, which contacts the movable limiting block (23) and pushes the locking part (231) of the movable limiting block (23) to swing onto the radiator (1); the first base (21) is provided with a first positioning post (212) located beside the movable limiting block (23) and used to install on the torsion spring.
4. A radiator fastener with an ejector function as described in claim 1, wherein: The button (24) is installed in the first base (21) in a floating and telescopic manner, and the movable limiting block (23) is provided with a first curved surface (232) for contacting the button (24).
5. A radiator fastener with an ejector function as described in claim 4, wherein: The button (24) is located above the first curved surface (232), and the bottom of the button (24) is provided with a second curved surface (241) that matches and contacts the first curved surface (232).
6. A radiator fastener with an ejector function as described in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein: The first base (21) is equipped with a cover (27) covering the movable limiting block (23), the button (24) and the elastic member (25). The cover (27) is provided with a first through hole (271) and a second through hole (272) for the button (24) and the movable limiting block (23) to extend out respectively.
7. A radiator fastener with an ejector function as described in claim 6, wherein: The first base (21) is provided with a second compression spring (28) for lifting the button (24), and the bottom of the button (24) is provided with a second positioning post (242) for positioning the second compression spring (28).
8. A radiator fastener with an ejector function as described in claim 6, wherein: The second locking device (3) includes a second base (31) for positioning the other end of the radiator (1), a second ejector pin (32) floating on the second base (31) for lifting the radiator (1), and a third compression spring (33) disposed in the second base (31) for ejecting the second ejector pin (32). The second base (31) is provided with a positioning slot (331) for inserting and positioning the other end of the radiator (1).
9. A radiator fastener with an ejector function as described in claim 8, wherein: The positioning slot (331) is horizontally oriented toward the first locking device (2), and two second ejector pins (32) are arranged side by side, with the second ejector pins (32) spaced apart in front of the positioning slot (331).
