Combined heat dissipation system and server

Abstract

The present application relates to a combined heat dissipation system and a server. The combined heat dissipation system includes an oil tank, a heat exchanger, a pump, a fan, a first temperature detection device and a controller. The oil tank, the heat exchanger and the pump enable a liquid cooling circulation. When the controller receives a detection that an actual temperature of a heat dissipation area of a device to be cooled exceeds an activation temperature, the controller can activate the pump to cool the heat dissipation area through the liquid cooling circulation. After activating the pump, the controller can adjust an output flow rate of the pump based on the actual temperature to ensure that cooling capacity of the liquid cooling circulation matches heat increase in the heat dissipation area. If the detection received by the controller that the actual temperature exceeds a safety temperature, the controller can activate the fan to cool down the heat exchanger and the pump.
