Abstract

【Item Uses】 The article of this design is an electrical contact element, which is supported on the tester end and contacts the electrodes of the circuit under test when connected to the electrodes and tester end of the circuit under test for testing; the electrical contact element is an article assembled in the inspection device of semiconductor device, liquid crystal panel, solar cell panel, etc., and is traded as an electrical contact element unit. 【Design Description】 An electrical contact element, in a front view, includes: a mounting portion located at the upper right end; a contact portion located at the lower left end; and a support arm portion located between the two. The mounting portion is mounted on the tester end. The mounting portion has a mounting hole for mounting to the tester end. The mounting portion has a protrusion protruding toward the support arm portion at its connection point. The support arm portion is supported on the mounting portion and elastically supports the contact portion. The support arm portion is formed by an upper support arm portion and a lower support arm portion. The part is constructed of a curved rod with an annular bulge along its length; the annular interior of the aforementioned bulge is hollow; the lower support arm is constructed of a straight rod; if the aforementioned contact part comes into contact with the electrode of the aforementioned circuit under test, the aforementioned support arm will bend due to its rebound force; there is a protrusion at the front end of the aforementioned support arm; the aforementioned electrical contact element is made of metal; the difference in appearance between this design and the original design is that, as shown in the front view, the left side shape of the two is slightly different, therefore the difference between this design and the original design is minor and does not affect the similarity between the two designs. The total length of the aforementioned electrical contact element is approximately several millimeters. The rear view is symmetrical to the front view; the rear view is omitted.
