Dispensing nozzle for LCD liquid-crystal supply apparatus

Abstract

【Item Uses】 This design relates to a novel coating nozzle, which is assembled into a liquid crystal supply device for coating liquid crystal during the manufacture of liquid crystal display panels. The coating nozzle of this design is used to distribute the liquid crystal. 【Design Description】 The coating nozzle of this design includes a flow-dividing element, a nozzle element, and multiple coupling elements that couple the flow-dividing element and the nozzle element. The flow-dividing element has a recess with an arcuate surface. The nozzle element has multiple nozzle units. Referring to the reference figure, a tubular liquid crystal supply unit is inserted into the flow-dividing element of the coating nozzle. A flow supply channel (not shown) located within the flow-dividing element connects the liquid crystal supply unit and these nozzle units. The appearance of the coating nozzle fully highlights the unique design concept of this design. This coating nozzle is truly an aesthetically pleasing device. As mentioned above, the design of the coating nozzle not only makes it creative but also aesthetically pleasing, making it an innovative design that meets the requirements of a design patent. The right-side view is symmetrical to the left-side view in the final drawing, therefore the right-side view is omitted. The reference drawing is a three-dimensional reference drawing of the LCD supply unit inserted into this design.
