Abstract

【Item Uses】 This design is a derivative design of No. 102306028 "Container Cap (II)", specifically referring to a container cap that is mainly used to provide a screw to the mouth of the container, and can also achieve the purpose of leak-proof sealing and easy grip. 【Design Description】 Viewed from various perspectives, this design features a circular base for the cap, conforming to the shape of all current container bottle openings. The front of the cap has a protruding buckle and a gradually tapering cap opening extending upwards from the front. At the rear of the cap is a grip that extends in an arc shape upwards and a wave shape downwards. A bottle cap is located in front of this grip, with a circular recess above the cap. A wave-shaped outline surrounds the grip, highlighting its smooth, flowing lines and visually appealing design. The cap's perimeter features a richly varied embossed floral pattern and is covered with square-shaped protrusions. Each side of the cap has a protruding hole for threading a cord. The front of the bottle cap has a protruding, arc-shaped convex piece above and a buckle below. The part is a semi-circular protrusion that is aligned and closed; and a movable ring is provided at the bottom of the buckle for fastening. The biggest difference between this derivative design and the original design No. 102306028 is that a raised diamond ornament is inlaid in the circular recess above the bottle cap, which presents a three-dimensional, shiny and luxurious visual effect. In summary, the overall appearance of this design, with its ingenious shape, combines individual style and elegant beauty, and should meet the requirements for the establishment of a design patent. Therefore, this application is filed in accordance with the law, and we earnestly request that the Bureau grant the patent as soon as possible.
