Abstract

【Item Uses】 This design is a socket used in the field of hand tools. 【Design Description】 This design mainly inherits the design techniques formed by the shape and creative style of the original design. Its design features are: increasing the size of the stepped diameter of the sleeve body of the original design (but keeping the height the same), so that the overall shape becomes slightly fatter; and changing the 12 toothed pillars in the recessed interior of the top surface of the sleeve body of the original design into square recesses and arc grooves (as shown in the three-dimensional view and top view). If the overall appearance is completely inherited from the design concept and style of the original design, only the surface shape of some parts is changed in a simple and easy-to-think way to make the visual effect similar, so that when viewed from different places, consumers will feel that they belong to the same series of products. Therefore, it meets the requirements for a derivative design patent application and a derivative design patent application is filed in accordance with the law.
