Abstract

【Item Uses】 The item used in this design is a brake, which is a technical field device installed inside a ratchet wrench and meshing with the teeth of the ratchet head. 【Design Description】 This design mainly inherits the shape and creative style of the original design. Its design features are: the other end of the actuator has a bottom plane, and a circular hole is formed on the bottom plane (e.g., in the perspective view, front view, left side view, and top view). This design, which creates a unique visual effect, completely inherits the design concept and style of the original design. Only the shape of the local surface is changed in a simple and easy-to-think way to make its visual effect similar. When viewed from different places, consumers will feel that it belongs to the same series of products, which meets the requirements of a derivative design patent application. Therefore, a derivative design patent application is filed in accordance with the law. The dotted lines shown in the diagram represent the parts that are not recommended for design in this case.

The item used in this design is a brake, which is a technical field device installed inside a ratchet wrench and meshing with the teeth of the ratchet head. This design mainly inherits the shape and creative style of the original design. Only the shape of the local surface is changed in a simple and easy-to-think way to make the visual effect similar. When viewed from different places, consumers will feel that it belongs to the same series of products, which meets the requirements of a derivative design patent application. Therefore, a derivative design patent application is filed in accordance with the law. The dotted lines shown in the diagram represent the parts that are not recommended for design in this case.
