Abstract

【Item Uses】 This article is a sensor mount for mounting a sensor that detects the position of a piston reciprocating along the axial direction inside a cylinder tube on the outer circumferential surface of a fluid pressure cylinder tube. In use, first, as shown in the reference perspective view indicating the usage state, place the sensor holder in the desired position on the outer circumferential surface of the cylinder tube of the fluid pressure cylinder. Wrap the other end of the belt along the outer circumferential surface of the cylinder tube, and insert the T-shaped reinforcing plate at the other end of the belt into the engagement hole of the sensor holder. Tightening the fastening screw increases the distance between the outer circumferential surface of the cylinder tube and the belt, applying tension to the belt and fixing the sensor holder to the cylinder tube. When the sensor is inserted into the sensor holder in this state, the aforementioned T-shaped reinforcing plate on the belt will abut against or approach the outer circumferential surface of the sensor. Therefore, even if it is desired to remove the aforementioned T-shaped reinforcing plate from the sensor holder, the T-shaped reinforcing plate will collide with the outer circumferential surface of the sensor, preventing the belt from being removed. 【Design Description】 This design is a derivative design of patent application No. 106302526. The sensor mounting fixture of this design includes: a track-shaped sensor holder for holding the sensor; a strip-shaped band connected to the lower part of the sensor holder and wound around the outer circumference of the cylinder tube; and fastening screws for fastening the band and fixing the sensor holder to the cylinder tube (refer to the reference perspective view showing the names of each part). The sensor holder system has: a rectangular base wall; and side walls that are erected vertically from the long sides of the base wall and face each other. At the center of one side wall is a cut-out portion extending from the upper end to the lower end of the side wall. Below the cut-out portion, a curved claw protrudes outward toward the short side of the base wall. At the center of the other side wall is an inverted T-shaped engaging hole. Below the engaging hole, a trapezoidal edge protrudes outward toward the short side of the base wall. The belt is a wide strip, with one end curved along the upper surface of the aforementioned claw portion of the sensor holder, and its front end integrated with the upper surface of the bottom wall portion. A T-shaped reinforcing plate is provided at the front end of the other end of the belt, which engages with the engagement hole of the sensor holder and is fitted with a fastening screw. The front end of the fastening screw abuts against the edge of the sensor holder. The defining feature of this design is the overall shape of the sensor mount.
