Abstract

【Item Uses】 This amended application is a derivative design of design application No. 107303946. The design is a pair of eyeglasses that possesses a novel and original visual appeal, giving the wearer a distinctive and unique feel. 【Design Description】 Please refer to the various views for the design of this eyeglasses. The eyeglasses consist of a frame and a nose bridge that connect a single lens. The frame is connected to the temples on both sides. Notably, the end of the temples features a convex dome design that functions as a speaker, providing call and music playback via bone conduction. Near the frame, there is an enlarged design with several control buttons for adjusting the volume. In addition, the temples near the convex dome have a serpentine shape, creating a symmetrical and harmonious effect between the convex dome, enlarged design, and serpentine shape. The overall design of the eyeglasses is unique, achieved by combining the eyeglasses with bone conduction speaker technology. The addition of the bone conduction speaker element ensures that the user can not only hear the sound from the bone conduction speaker but also perceive the sounds of the external environment, making it safer and more comfortable during exercise. Furthermore, this design incorporates a bone conduction speaker at the rear of the temples, ensuring that the speaker remains concealed behind the wearer's ear during wear. The serpentine shape allows for bending (see reference figures), guaranteeing a snug fit between the bone conduction speaker and the wearer's ear, enhancing the overall user experience. The glasses' overall structure is compact, streamlined, and modern, conforming to ergonomic design principles and demonstrating creativity, giving them a unique and distinctive feel. Therefore, this patent application is filed in accordance with the law.
