Abstract

【Item Uses】 The item designed here is a flow control valve, which is used to perform speed control and flow control in fluid pressure machines such as pneumatic cylinders. 【Design Description】 As shown in "Refer to Figure 1" and "Refer to Figure 2", it is composed of: a cylindrical first body; and a cylindrical second body that intersects the first body at a right angle; the first and second ports, respectively opened at one end of the first and second bodies, are interconnected by a throttle valve inside the first body. Furthermore, at the other end of the first body opposite to the first port, there is a knob for adjusting the opening of the throttle valve. By rotating the knob, the flow rate of the pressurized fluid flowing between the first and second ports can be controlled. In addition, a display window for displaying the opening of the throttle valve is opened on the end face of the knob opposite to the first port. The difference in appearance between this derivative design and the original design is that, as shown in the perspective view and various views, the port directions of the two are different. Therefore, the difference between this design and the original design is slight and does not affect the similarity between the original design and the derivative design.
