Abstract

【Item Use】;The design is applicable to the upper horizontal rod of a fence used for safety protection of a balcony or a staircase.;【Design Description】;The design is a derivative design of the design application No. 114305959, which is changed to the design application No. 114305958. The upper horizontal rod of the fence comprises an inner rod and an outer rod sleeved outside the inner rod. The inner rod is a rectangular hollow, and the inner walls near the bottom ends of the left and right sides of the inner rod each protrude a corresponding clamping arm into the hollow of the inner rod, and the clamping arm is upwardly inclined from the root to the tip. The bottom surface of the inner rod is provided with a lower embedding entrance for embedding the upper end of a straight rod, and when the upper end of the straight rod is embedded into the inner rod, the front and rear outer rod walls of the straight rod are positioned by the clamping arm tips. The outer rod is also rectangular, and the left and right ends are shorter than the inner rod, and the bottom surface is not provided. The inner walls of the front and rear sides each protrude a plurality of front and rear corresponding horizontal top ribs into the inner part of the outer rod, so that the outer rod can be sleeved outside the inner rod to support the front and rear outer walls of the outer rod by the top ribs to fix and combine the density. The rectangular column holes in the top view of the fence are a plurality of holes with a fixed distance. In summary, the shape of the design, the rectangular design of the upper horizontal rod, the sleeving of the inner rod and the outer rod, and the configuration of the embedding entrance are not known, and the design patent application is submitted according to the law.
