Abstract

【Item Uses】 This design is a cutter for opening sealed items such as food packaging bags, envelopes, or tofu packaging boxes. 【Design Description】 This design features a unique shape for opening packaging, as shown in the various views. From the front view, the rectangular plate-shaped upper and lower components are connected at their bases along the long side, forming a slightly U-shape. The upper component has a triangular blade protruding towards the lower component, allowing for lateral cutting along the short side. The lower component has a sliding piece that can slide towards the long side to a retracted position. Perspective 1 shows the design from a slightly upward angle; perspective 2 shows the design from a slightly downward angle. Perspective 1, in its usage state, illustrates the use of this design to cut the unopened portion of a food packaging bag; perspective 2, in its usage state, illustrates the use of this design to cut the upper packaging surface of a tofu box, showing the sliding piece in its retracted position. The rear view is the reverse of the front view and is therefore omitted. The design's unique shape presents a distinctive visual effect and meets the requirements for a design patent.
