Abstract

【Item Uses】 This design is a muscle-building board for users to use for exercise and training. 【Design Description】 This design features the muscle-building board's appearance as shown in the illustration. As depicted, the board has a long, narrow shape with smooth lines, presenting a simple and clean visual effect. The muscle-strengthening board of this design can be used with different types of connecting elements, and multiple boards can be used in parallel or docked combinations. As shown in Figures 1 to 4, Figure 1 shows the usage of two muscle-strengthening boards with an oval connecting plate, Figure 2 shows the usage of two muscle-strengthening boards with a rectangular connecting plate, Figure 3 shows the usage of two muscle-strengthening boards with an oval connecting plate and a handle, and Figure 4 shows the usage of two muscle-strengthening boards connected side by side with a connecting rod.
