Abstract

【Item Uses】 This design is for a car wash machine that provides water and cleaning agents for vehicle cleaning and maintenance, and uses cameras to monitor and notify the backend for processing. 【Design Description】 The design of this car wash machine is characterized by its unique and creatively shaped overall structure. It comprises two parallel guide rails, a cantilever perpendicular to the guide rails, a nozzle assembly at the front end of the cantilever, a protective cover at the rear end of the cantilever, and two pillars on either side of the guide rails. The cantilever has a turntable at the bottom of the protective cover, consisting of a cylinder and a flat conical column. At the front end of the cantilever, above the nozzle, is a flat-topped quadrangular pyramid. The front end of this pyramid has a water supply pipe and a cleaning agent pipe protruding with parallel arcs. Its lower end connects to a stepped first outer shell located below the nozzle assembly. The rear end of this first outer shell, from top to bottom, has a camera and a water... The device includes a spray nozzle and a cleaning agent spray nozzle. The protective cover is a rectangular block with chamfered corners. A horizontal U-shaped cable is located on the upper rear section of the protective cover. The other side of the cable extends to the interior of the lower rear section of the protective cover. The rear end of the guide rail at the rear end has an L-shaped cable groove corresponding to the cable. Connecting rails are located on both sides of the parallel guide rails. A transmission mechanism and a fixing block are respectively connected at the rear end and the middle section. The fixing block is connected to a rectangular column with multiple buckle holes. A connecting plate is connected to the upper end of the column to achieve a visually simple and technological style, enhance the visual aesthetics of the car wash machine, and integrate more functions. This constitutes a design with a unique visual effect.
