Abstract
【Item Uses】 This design is a mosquito-catching lamp housing. 【Design Description】 The focus of this design is on the overall visual effect of the electronic device housing (especially the mosquito lamp housing). The gray-filled areas shown in the diagram represent the parts that are not designed in this case, while the remaining unfilled areas represent the parts that are designed in this case. Regarding the design claims in this case, the rear view is identical to the front view, and the right side view is symmetrical to the left side view; therefore, the rear and right side views are omitted. Furthermore, because the bottom view of this design represents parts that are not easily or unseen by the user, it is also omitted. The design claimed in this case can be roughly divided into the "shell periphery", the "shell top surface" and the "protrusion" protruding from the shell top surface, and has the following design features. One of the features of this design is that the protrusion has a first arc-shaped closed contour on the top surface of the shell, and the first arc-shaped closed contour gradually expands upward from the top surface to form the protrusion, thus having the visual aesthetic of an arc-shaped closed contour combined with a gradually expanding protrusion. The second feature of this design is that the top of the protrusion forms a thin plate with a closed arc contour, and the range of the top is slightly wider than the range of the protrusion, and the distribution of varying widths creates a visually appealing sense of layering. The third feature of this design is that the outer periphery of the top surface of the shell is roughly rectangular and slightly concave inward to a second circular arc closed contour. In particular, it is concave from the left and right sides toward the center of the front and rear sides, and presents a smile curve in the front view, thus having a visual aesthetic of gradual contour changes and variations in depth. The fourth feature of this design is that the second circular arc closed contour surrounds the outer periphery of the aforementioned first circular arc closed contour, and the top surface of the shell is recessed from the second circular arc closed contour toward the first circular arc closed contour (which can be defined as the "central recessed area"), thus having a visual aesthetic of varying depths produced by the difference in similar contours. Fifthly, the periphery of the shell extends downwards according to the outer periphery of the top surface of the shell, thus possessing a visually appealing curved profile. It should be noted that although the closed arc outline in the drawings of this case presents a shape similar to an ellipse, the design concept and protection scope should be equal and include circular, near-circular, and near-elliptical shapes. It should also be noted that although the electronic device housing shown in the drawings does not represent a mosquito-catching lamp, the design of the electronic device is not limited to housings for mosquito-catching lamps, but can be applied to housings of various electronic devices. It should also be noted that, in addition to the aforementioned unique visual effects, this invention also provides the following additional benefits: (1) The protrusion facilitates the user's grip and application of force (it can be gripped with one hand or both hands), thus enabling convenient movement of the corresponding electronic device. (2) The upwardly expanding area of the protrusion allows for the winding of cables, particularly the power cord of the applied electronic device, thus facilitating cable storage. (3) The aforementioned central recessed area can accommodate part or all of the wound cable, resulting in neat and aesthetically pleasing storage. Based on the overall appearance presented in the drawings, the "electronic device housing portion" of this design possesses a novel and unique visual effect; and it can solve the problem of poor functionality of electronic device housings in the prior art. Furthermore, it should be understood that the above description is for illustrative purposes only and is not intended to limit its scope, and the scope of this patent is based on the visual effect presented in the drawings.
