Abstract

The supply / exhaust base internally forms a supply air path and an exhaust air path. The solenoid valve selectively switches the aforementioned supply air path and exhaust air path to a connected state with the aforementioned output port. Furthermore, the design also includes a supply air path and an exhaust air path internally, and a check valve is installed. This supply air path and exhaust air path connect the supply air path and exhaust air path of the aforementioned supply / exhaust base to the aforementioned solenoid valve. The check valve can be opened and closed by operating the front-mounted operating section.
