Abstract

【Item Uses】 This design is a water hose assembly installed at the front of a water truck for road watering operations. Its main function is to divert water stored on the truck and spray it onto the road in front and to the sides from the left and right nozzles for cleaning, dust suppression, or general water distribution. A central water inlet pipe is located in the hose assembly to connect to the vehicle's water supply lines, and its opening and closing is controlled by an electronically operated water valve, allowing for rapid watering operations. 【Design Description】 The design consists of a long tube, curved nozzle assemblies at both ends, and a wide baffle plate positioned in front of the nozzles. The overall shape is a symmetrical extension, with the cylindrical appearance of the metal tubing as the main axis. The main body is a long, straight pipe with a short branch at the center, creating a distinct three-dimensional profile in both top and side views. Curved bends connect to both ends, with their front ends connecting to the nozzle housing. In the three-dimensional view, the nozzle housing presents a slightly forward-curving shape with an outward-extending curved profile at the outer edge, giving the left and right ends a visually substantial and concealing appearance. An electrically controlled valve is located between the two ends of the main pipe and the nozzle. It is a right-angled geometric volume with a protruding operating cover on the side, giving the whole structure a multi-layered three-dimensional outline in the view. The connection between the main pipe and the nozzle is a circular symmetrical structure with a flange shape and bolts around it, making this a highly recognizable structural section.
