Abstract

【Item Uses】 This design relates to a diaphragm plate for a filter press, particularly mounted on a cloth-flush filter press for the purpose of providing filtration. 【Design Description】 As shown in the attached diagram, although the main body of this design is a rectangular shape required for a diaphragm sheet, aside from the indispensable form of a diaphragm sheet, the most striking feature of this design is that: the front of the main body forms a frame, with a large longitudinally protruding lug at the top center of the frame, and multiple flanges bent backward at 90 degrees around the perimeter of the frame. Furthermore, the interior of the frame is a concave surface, on which numerous arranged three-dimensional convex cylindrical short pillars are formed, and multiple grooves are symmetrically arranged on both sides below the concave surface. Therefore, this design differs from the conventional, rigid format of diaphragm sheets, creating a striking and textured shape, providing the diaphragm sheet with better recognizability and aesthetics. This design is novel and unique in appearance, and its overall design is significantly different from previous techniques, presenting a multi-layered three-dimensional feel. It is an industrial design that integrates practicality with a new style of visual aesthetics.
