Abstract

【Item Uses】 This design relates to a filter plate for a filter press, particularly mounted on a cloth-flush filter press, for the purpose of providing filtration. 【Design Description】 As shown in the attached diagram, although the main body of this design is a rectangular shape required for filter plates, with symmetrical concave surfaces on the front and back, forming a "filter chamber" for storing filter cake when two filter plates are combined, aside from the indispensable shape of the aforementioned filter plates, the most striking feature of this design is the presence of two parallel horizontal bars protruding from the main body, with a large longitudinally raised lug in the middle of the upper horizontal bar, resembling the image of an outstretched human body with arms and legs. Furthermore, several layers of longitudinally arranged three-dimensional raised ribs are presented on the concave surface of the main body, and the lower horizontal bar has several symmetrical grooves on both sides below the three-dimensional raised ribs. Accordingly, this design differs from the rigid format of traditional filter plates, forming a striking and textured shape, providing the filter plate with better recognizability and aesthetics. This design features a novel and unique shape, with an overall design significantly different from previous techniques, presenting a multi-layered three-dimensional effect. It is an industrial design that blends practicality with a novel visual aesthetic. The right-side view is the same as the left-side view, so it is omitted.
