Figure 2 is a sequence diagram showing the operation example of the information transmission system in Implementation Form 1. Figure 3 is a block diagram showing the overall structure of the information output system including implementation form 2. Figure 4 is a sequence diagram showing the operation example of the information output system in implementation form 2. Implementation

[0012] The following description refers to embodiments 1 and 2, with reference to the diagrams. Please note that embodiments 1 and 2 described below are merely general or specific examples. The numerical values, shapes, materials, constituent elements, their arrangement and connection methods, steps, and sequence shown in embodiments 1 and 2 are examples and do not limit the scope of the invention. Furthermore, any constituent elements in embodiments 1 and 2 not described in the independent technical solution are described as arbitrary constituent elements.

[0013] Furthermore, each figure is a schematic diagram and may not be a rigorous illustration. Also, in each figure, the same symbol is used for substantially identical components, and repeated descriptions are sometimes omitted or simplified.

[0014] (Implementation Form 1) [constitute] The overall configuration of the information transmission system including Embodiment 1 will be described below. Figure 1 is a block diagram showing the overall configuration of the information transmission system including Embodiment 1. In Embodiment 1, the information transmission system is a server system 10.

[0015] Server system 10 is applied to apartment building 100. Apartment building 100 is an example of a complex facility containing multiple facilities. Specifically, a complex facility is, for example, an apartment, dormitory, or company residence. Facilities include, for example, residents. Apartment building 100 has multiple private areas 101 and common areas 102. When apartment building 100 is a complex facility, the facilities are private areas 101. Furthermore, in this case, in addition to private areas 101, the facilities may also include a manager's office.

[0016] The server system 10 can notify (send) information related to the apartment building 100 to the information terminal 20 based on the setting information stored in the memory unit 13. The information terminal 20 is a user-operated terminal associated with the apartment building 100. In Embodiment 1, the information terminal 20 is installed in the walkie-talkie host unit 31 of the proprietary unit 101.

[0017] The information transmitted here refers to information sent to the users of the residential complex (here, apartment 100) (the residents or managers of apartment 100), and is information beneficial to the users of the residential complex. The transmitted information includes, for example, information used to notify users of the actions to be taken during a disaster in the location of the residential complex, precautions, and information on nearby shelters. Furthermore, the transmitted information includes, for example, information used to notify users of the progress of equipment restoration work in the event of equipment malfunctions due to power outages, such as power failures. As a more specific example, the transmitted information includes, for example, methods for restoring gas hydrants that automatically shut off during an earthquake in the location of the residential complex.

[0018] Hereinafter, the service of sending such information to users of the aggregation facility will also be described as a sending service. The sending service takes into account various variations in the content sent, or the destination. Furthermore, there are many different providers of sending services.

[0019] Therefore, the operator of server system 10 discloses (provides) the API (Application Programming Interface) for setting what kind of sending to do under what conditions to the specific service provider in advance.

[0020] Therefore, certain operators can independently change the aforementioned settings (more specifically, the setting information stored in the memory unit 13 of the server system 10) by creating a configuration program that utilizes the API (such as a program for implementing a GUI (Graphical User Interface) for configuration). These specific operators may be, for example, facility management operators, but could also be operators providing security services such as mechanical security, or other operators such as maintenance operators of machines within the facility. Furthermore, the term "machine" in this specification is used in a broad sense, encompassing the meaning of equipment.

[0021] Thus, server system 10 is more useful as a system that supports specific operators in providing delivery services. According to the method of using server system 10, service provision can be more efficient than the method of building a system separately for each delivery service.

[0022] The specific configuration of this server system 10 will be described below. The server system 10 is, for example, a system implemented by one or more server devices located outside the apartment complex 100. The operator of the server system 10 is, for example, a manufacturer and seller of the walkie-talkie system 30, but there is no particular limitation. The operator of the server system 10 is a different operator from the operator of the information processing system 40 described later. As shown in Figure 1, the server system 10 includes a communication unit 11, an information processing unit 12, and a memory unit 13.

[0023] The communication unit 11 is a communication module (communication circuit) that enables communication between the server system 10 and external systems such as the walkie-talkie system 30 (gateway device 34) and the information processing system 40 via a communication network 50, such as the Internet. The communication performed by the communication unit 11 can be wired or wireless. There are no particular limitations on the communication specifications used for communication.

[0024] The information processing unit 12 performs information processing to implement the aforementioned transmission service. The information processing unit 12 is implemented, for example, by a microcomputer, but may also be implemented by a processor or dedicated circuitry. In Embodiment 1, the information processing unit 12 includes a setting unit 14, an acquisition unit 15, and a transmission unit 16 as functional components. The functions of the setting unit 14, the acquisition unit 15, and the transmission unit 16 are implemented, for example, by the execution of a computer program (software) stored in the memory unit 13 by hardware such as the microcomputer or processor constituting the information processing unit 12.

[0025] The memory unit 13 is a memory device that stores information required for processing performed by the information processing unit 12. The information stored in the memory unit 13 includes computer programs executed by the information processing unit 12. The memory unit 13 may be implemented, for example, by an HDD (Hard Disc Drive), but may also be implemented by semiconductor memory or the like.

[0026] The setting unit 14 determines the setting information. The setting information displays information related to the transmission information of a complex facility containing multiple facilities. In Embodiment 1, as already described, the transmission information is information related to the complex housing 100. The content of the setting information is determined based on the input information received by the information processing system 40 described later.

[0027] The configuration information includes settings related to the sending conditions for sending the information. That is, the information is sent when the sending conditions are met, and these conditions can be freely set by editing the configuration information. Furthermore, the sending conditions include conditions based on facility information obtained by the acquisition unit 15. That is, the information is sent when conditions based on the facility information are met, and these conditions based on the facility information can be freely set by editing the configuration information.

[0028] Here, facility information includes at least one of alarm information related to the residential complex and crime prevention information related to the residential complex. In Implementation 1, alarm information is alarm information related to the residential complex 100, that is, information that should be taken seriously to prevent residents and users of the residential complex 100 from being involved in disasters. For example, alarm information includes at least one of fire information related to the residential complex and earthquake information related to the residential complex. Fire information shows that a fire (including small fires) has occurred on or near the site of the residential complex 100. Earthquake information shows that an earthquake (including tsunamis) has occurred in a certain area of the residential complex 100. In addition, alarm information may also include flood information or typhoon information related to the residential complex.

[0029] Furthermore, in Implementation Form 1, the crime prevention information is crime prevention information related to the apartment complex 100, that is, information that should be taken seriously to prevent the residents and users of the apartment complex 100 from being involved in crimes. For example, the crime prevention information may be information that a suspicious person has been identified within the land of the apartment complex 100 or in a certain area of the apartment complex 100.

[0030] For example, when the information setting is determined based on the condition that fire information is obtained from facility information, the information will be sent out as a trigger if a fire occurs on or near the site of the apartment building 100. Similarly, when the information setting is determined based on the condition that crime prevention information is obtained from facility information, the information will be sent out as a trigger if a suspicious person is identified on or near the site of the apartment building 100.

[0031] Here, facility information is obtained by the acquisition unit 15, which will be described later. Furthermore, the acquisition unit 15 obtains facility information via the communication network 50, for example, from the walkie-talkie system 30, or from an external system other than the walkie-talkie system 30. That is, the facility information includes information obtained from the walkie-talkie system 30 installed in the aggregation facility.

[0032] The facility information acquired by the intercom system 30 may be information transmitted from a device connected to the intercom system 30. This device may be, for example, a fire sensor installed in each private unit 101 or on the grounds of the apartment building 100, a window sensor installed in each private unit 101, or an electronic lock installed in the common area 102. For example, when a fire is detected by any fire sensor, the information acquired by the intercom system 30 from that fire sensor is equivalent to displaying fire information indicating that a fire has occurred on the grounds of the apartment building 100. Similarly, when a window is detected as open or struck by a window by any window sensor, the information acquired by the intercom system 30 from that window sensor is equivalent to displaying crime prevention information indicating the presence of a suspicious person on the grounds of the apartment building 100. Furthermore, when an unauthorized unlocking is detected by an electronic lock, the information acquired by the intercom system 30 from that electronic lock is equivalent to displaying crime prevention information indicating the presence of a suspicious person on the grounds of the apartment building 100.

[0033] In cases where, for example, the server system providing weather information is an external system, the facility information obtained from the external system may be information related to natural disasters in a certain area of the apartment complex 100, such as earthquake information, flood information, or typhoon information obtained from that server system. Similarly, in cases where, for example, the server system providing information related to a certain area of the apartment complex 100 is an external system, the facility information obtained from the external system may be information related to fires or crime prevention obtained from that server system.

[0034] Furthermore, the sending conditions can also include the range of sending destinations. That is, by editing the setting information, the sending destination of the sending information can be freely set. The range of sending destinations can be, for example, all of a plurality of facilities, one of a plurality of facilities, or any one of two or more of a plurality of facilities. In Embodiment 1, the range of sending destinations can be all walkie-talkie master units 31 of the dedicated unit 101, or walkie-talkie master units 31 of a specific dedicated unit 101, or walkie-talkie master units 31 of two or more dedicated units 101 belonging to a specific group. A specific group can be, for example, a specific floor of the apartment building 100, or the lower or higher floors of the apartment building 100. The lower floors are a plurality of floors located in a lower position in the apartment building 100. The higher floors are a plurality of floors located in a higher position in the apartment building 100. Furthermore, the range of sending destinations can also include the manager's office in the apartment building 100.

[0035] Furthermore, the sending conditions can also include a validity period. That is, by editing the settings information, one can freely set whether or not to set a validity period for the sending conditions. When no validity period is set, the message is sent whenever the sending conditions are met. On the other hand, when a validity period is set, the message is sent only when the sending conditions are met within the validity period. That is, if the sending conditions are met outside the validity period, the message is not sent.

[0036] Furthermore, the settings information can also include settings related to the output format of the sent information. That is, by editing the settings information, you can freely set how the sent information is output. For example, by editing the settings information, you can freely set whether to output the content of the sent information as text or whether to output the content of the sent information as sound.

[0037] Furthermore, the settings related to the output format of the transmitted information can also include settings related to the image included in the transmitted information. That is, by editing the settings information, you can freely set whether to output the content of the transmitted information as an image. The image can be a static image or a dynamic image.

[0038] Furthermore, the settings related to the output format of transmitted information include settings related to access information at specified addresses. That is, by editing the settings, one can freely configure whether or not access information is output. Specified addresses may include, for example, detailed information related to the transmitted information, or the URL (Uniform Resource Locator) of the homepage of information associated with the transmitted information. Access information may include, for example, a QR code (registered trademark) or other information that can be read by mobile devices such as smartphones held by residents of the apartment complex 100.

[0039] The acquisition unit 15 acquires facility information related to the collection facility. As already described, the acquisition unit 15 acquires facility information from an external system via the communication network 50 or from a machine connected to the walkie-talkie system 30.

[0040] Based on the setting information determined by the setting unit 14, the transmitting unit 16 sends transmission information to the information terminal 20 associated with the aggregation facility. In Embodiment 1, the transmitting unit 16, via the communication unit 11 and the communication network 50, sends transmission information to one or more walkie-talkie master units 31 according to the range of transmission destinations set by the setting information when the transmission conditions set by the setting information are met.

[0041] Furthermore, in Figure 1, in addition to the server system 10, a walkie-talkie system 30 and an information processing system 40 are also illustrated. The configuration of these systems will be described below.

[0042] The intercom system 30 is installed within the apartment building 100. The intercom system 30 includes a main intercom unit 31, a lobby intercom 32, a control device 33, and a gate device 34. The lobby intercom 32, the control device 33, and the gate device 34 are located in the common area 102.

[0043] The intercom master unit 31 is a fixedly installed information terminal 20 in the private section 101 of the apartment building 100. In other words, the information terminal 20 is the intercom master unit 31 installed in the private section 101 of the apartment building 100 (a residential complex). In Figure 1, only one intercom master unit 31 is shown, but the intercom system 30 has multiple intercom master units 31. Furthermore, the multiple intercom master units 31 are respectively installed in multiple private sections 101. The intercom master unit 31 performs information processing for residents of the private section 101 to communicate with visitors via the lobby intercom 32 or the intercom handset (not shown). The intercom handset is a doorbell and is installed outside the entrance of the private section 101. In addition, although not shown, the intercom master unit 31 has a user interface consisting of an answer button and a display.

[0044] The walkie-talkie main unit 31 includes a communication unit 311, an information processing unit 312, and a memory unit 313.

[0045] The communication unit 311 is a communication module (communication circuit) that communicates with external systems such as the server system 10 via the communication network 50. Here, the communication unit 311 connects to the communication network 50 via a specified communication device to perform communication through the communication network 50. In the example shown in Figure 1, the specified communication device is the gateway device 34, which will be described later. That is, in the example shown in Figure 1, the communication unit 311 uses the internal communication line of the walkie-talkie system 30 to connect to the gateway device 34 via the control device 33, thereby connecting to the communication network 50.

[0046] The information processing unit 312 performs various functions that the walkie-talkie main unit 31 possesses. The information processing unit 312 is implemented, for example, by a microcomputer, but it can also be implemented by a processor or dedicated circuitry. The functions of the information processing unit 312 are realized by the execution of computer programs (software) stored in the memory unit 313 by the hardware such as the microcomputer or processor constituting the information processing unit 312.

[0047] The memory unit 313 is a memory device that stores information required for processing by the information processing unit 312. The information stored in the memory unit 313 includes the computer program executed by the information processing unit 312. The memory unit 313 is implemented, for example, by semiconductor memory.

[0048] The lobby intercom 32 is a device installed on the outside (outdoor side) of the self-locking door (not shown) at the entrance (i.e., common area 102) of the apartment building 100. The lobby intercom 32 controls, for example, the self-locking door. The lobby intercom 32 has a user interface consisting of a numeric keypad, a call button, and a display. Visitors to the apartment building 100 can communicate with residents and request the unlocking of the self-locking door by entering the room number (also called the resident number) of their destination via the numeric keypad on the lobby intercom 32.

[0049] The control device 33 is a device for controlling the devices installed in the apartment building 100 and controlling communication between devices installed in the apartment building 100 (such as communication between the walkie-talkie master unit 31 and the front hall walkie-talkie 32).

[0050] The gate device 34, walkie-talkie host 31 or control device 33, etc., installed in the apartment building 100 are communication devices used to communicate with the server system 10, etc. via the communication network 50.

[0051] Information processing system 40 is a system used by the operator providing the aforementioned transmission service. Information processing system 40 consists of an information terminal used by the operator (more specifically, an employee belonging to the operator) for setting up transmission services (i.e., settings related to transmitting information). Although not shown in the figure, information processing system 40 may further include a server device between the information terminal and the communication network 50.

[0052] The information terminal of the information processing system 40 can be a fixed information terminal such as a desktop personal computer, or a portable information terminal such as a smartphone, tablet, or laptop. For example, a configuration program utilizing the aforementioned API is pre-installed on the information terminal. The information processing system 40 includes a communication unit 41, an input receiving unit 42, an information processing unit 43, and a memory unit 44.

[0053] The communication unit 41 is a communication module (communication circuit) that communicates with external systems such as the server system 10 via the communication network 50. The communication performed by the communication unit 41 can be wired or wireless. There are no particular limitations on the communication specifications used for communication.

[0054] The input receiving unit 42 receives input from the setter (an employee subordinate to the operator) regarding settings related to the sending service (i.e., settings related to sending information). The input receiving unit 42 is implemented using input devices such as a mouse, keyboard, or touch panel. The input received by the input receiving unit 42 is transmitted as input information to the server system 10 via the communication unit 41 and the communication network 50.

[0055] The information processing unit 43 performs information processing for implementing settings related to the transmission service (i.e., settings related to transmitting information). The information processing unit 43 may be implemented by a microcomputer, but it may also be implemented by a processor or a dedicated circuit. The functions of the information processing unit 43 are implemented by the hardware such as the microcomputer or processor constituting the information processing unit 43 executing computer programs (software) stored in the memory unit 44.

[0056] The memory unit 44 is a memory device that stores information required for the aforementioned information processing and computer programs executed by the information processing unit 43. The memory unit 44 may be implemented using semiconductor memory, or it may be implemented using an HDD, etc.

[0057] [action] The following describes an example of the operation of the server system 10 (information transmission system) in Embodiment 1. Figure 2 is a sequence diagram showing an example of the operation of the information transmission system in Embodiment 1. In Figure 2, in addition to the operation of the server system 10, the operation of the information processing system 40 and the walkie-talkie host 31 (information terminal 20) are also shown.

[0058] First, the input receiving unit 42 of the information processing system 40 receives the setting input related to the information to be sent from the user (S11). When the input receiving unit 42 receives the input, the information processing unit 43 of the information processing system 40 displays the input information and transmits it to the server system 10 via the communication unit 41 and the communication network 50 (S12).

[0059] When the communication unit 11 receives input information, the setting unit 14 of the server system 10 determines setting information based on the received input information (S13). Specifically, the setting unit 14, for example, determines, based on the received input information, what type of facility information will trigger the transmission information and what content will be sent, and then stores the determined setting information in the memory unit 13. Furthermore, the setting unit 14, for example, determines, based on the received input information, the range of the transmission destination for the transmitted information, and then stores the determined setting information in the memory unit 13. Additionally, if the memory unit 13 has already stored setting information, the setting unit 14 updates the setting information stored in the memory unit 13 based on the received input information.

[0060] Subsequently, the acquisition unit 15 of the server system 10 acquires facility information periodically or irregularly (S14). Furthermore, the transmission unit 16 of the server system 10, based on the facility information acquired by the acquisition unit 15, transmits transmission information to the walkie-talkie master unit 31 (information terminal 20) via the communication unit 11 and the communication network 50 (S15). In the example shown in Figure 2, the transmission unit 16 of the server system 10 transmits transmission information to one walkie-talkie master unit 31, but in reality, transmission information is transmitted to more than one walkie-talkie master unit 31 according to the range of transmission destinations set by the setting information.

[0061] When the communication unit 311 receives and transmits information, the information processing unit 312 of the walkie-talkie master unit 31 (information terminal 20) outputs the transmit information by displaying the content of the transmit information on a display screen via a GUI or by outputting the content of the transmit information through a speaker (S16). Furthermore, the format of the output transmit information is determined according to the settings contained in the setting information.

[0062] As explained above, in the server system 10 (information transmission system) of Embodiment 1, transmission information can be sent based on conditions triggered by facility information, and these conditions can be freely set. Therefore, the server system 10 of Embodiment 1 has the advantage of easily sending transmission information related to the collective facility (here, the collective residential building 100). Specifically, by editing the configuration information, the provider of the transmission service can send transmission information related to the collective facility even without building separate systems for each transmission service.

[0063] (Implementation Form 2) [constitute] The overall configuration of the information output system including Embodiment 2 will be described below. Figure 3 is a block diagram showing the overall configuration of the information output system including Embodiment 2. In Embodiment 2, unlike Embodiment 1 where the server system 10 sends transmission information to the information terminal 20 (here, the walkie-talkie master unit 31) based on setting information, the walkie-talkie master unit 31 outputs and transmits information based on setting information. In Embodiment 2, the walkie-talkie master unit 31 is equivalent to the information output system 60. The configurations common to Embodiment 1 will be omitted from the description below.

[0064] In Embodiment 2, the configuration of the information processing unit 12 of the server system 10A differs from that of the server system 10 in Embodiment 1. Specifically, in the server system 10A, the information processing unit 12 only has a setting unit 14, and does not have an acquisition unit 15 or a transmission unit 16. Furthermore, the server system 10A differs from the server system 10 in Embodiment 1 and is not equivalent to an information transmission system.

[0065] In Embodiment 2, the communication unit 311 of the walkie-talkie master unit 31 (information output system 60) includes a first acquisition unit 61 and a second acquisition unit 62 as functional components. Furthermore, in Embodiment 2, the information processing unit 312 of the walkie-talkie master unit 31 includes an output unit 63 as a functional component. That is, the information output system 60 includes a first acquisition unit 61, a second acquisition unit 62, and an output unit 63.

[0066] The first acquisition unit 61 acquires setting information. In Embodiment 2, the first acquisition unit 61 acquires setting information from the server system 10A by communicating with the server system 10A via the communication network 50. That is, in Embodiment 2, the walkie-talkie master unit 31 does not determine the setting information, but acquires the setting information determined by the server system 10A.

[0067] The second acquisition unit 62 acquires facility information. Since the second acquisition unit 62 has the same function as the acquisition unit 15 of the server system 10 (information transmission system) in Embodiment 1, the description is omitted here.

[0068] The output unit 63 outputs transmission information based on the setting information obtained by the first acquisition unit 61. In embodiment 2, when the transmission conditions set by the setting information are met, the output unit 63 outputs transmission information according to the output pattern set by the setting information.

[0069] [action] The following describes an example of the operation of the walkie-talkie master unit 31 (information output system 60) in Embodiment 2. Figure 4 is a sequence diagram showing an example of the operation of the information output system 60 in Embodiment 2. In Figure 4, in addition to the operation of the walkie-talkie master unit 31, the operation of the information processing system 40 and the server system 10A is also shown.

[0070] First, the input receiving unit 42 of the information processing system 40 receives the setting input related to the information sent by the user (S21). When the input receiving unit 42 receives the input, the information processing unit 43 of the information processing system 40 displays the input information and transmits it to the server system 10A via the communication unit 41 and the communication network 50 (S22).

[0071] When the communication unit 11 receives input information, the setting unit 14 of the server system 10A determines setting information based on the received input information (S23). Specifically, the setting unit 14, for example, determines, based on the received input information, what kind of facility information will trigger and what content will be sent as transmission information. Furthermore, the setting unit 14, for example, determines, based on the received input information, the range of the transmission destination for the transmission information. Then, the information processing unit 12 of the server system 10A transmits the determined setting information to the walkie-talkie master unit 31 via the communication unit 11 and the communication network 50 (S24). In the example shown in Figure 4, the information processing unit 12 of the server system 10A transmits setting information to one walkie-talkie master unit 31, but in reality, it transmits setting information to more than one walkie-talkie master unit 31.

[0072] The first acquisition unit 61 of the walkie-talkie master unit 31 receives setting information through the communication unit 311 and acquires the setting information (S25). The acquired setting information is stored in the memory unit 313. In addition, if the memory unit 313 has already stored the setting information, the setting information stored in the memory unit 313 is updated based on the acquired setting information.

[0073] Subsequently, the second acquisition unit 62 of the walkie-talkie master unit 31 acquires facility information periodically or irregularly (S26). Furthermore, the output unit 63 of the walkie-talkie master unit 31, based on the facility information acquired by the second acquisition unit 62, displays the content of the transmitted information in a GUI on a monitor, or outputs the content of the transmitted information through a speaker, thereby outputting the transmitted information (S27). Additionally, the format of the output transmitted information is determined according to the settings included in the setting information.

[0074] As explained above, in the walkie-talkie master unit 31 (information output system 60) of Embodiment 2, transmission information can be sent based on conditions triggered by facility information, and the conditions based on facility information can be freely set. Therefore, the walkie-talkie master unit 31 of Embodiment 2 has the advantage of easily sending transmission information related to the aggregated facility (here, the apartment complex 100). Specifically, by editing the setting information, the operator providing the transmission service can send transmission information related to the aggregated facility even without building an individual system for each transmission service.

[0075] (Example of variation) Although embodiments 1 and 2 have been described above, the present invention is not limited to embodiments 1 and 2.

[0076] For example, in embodiment 1 above, the server system 10 (information transmission system) sends transmission information to the walkie-talkie master unit 31 (information terminal 20) triggered by acquiring (receiving) facility information, but is not limited to this. For example, the server system 10 may also send transmission information to the walkie-talkie master unit 31 periodically or irregularly without relying on the acquisition of facility information.

[0077] Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment 1, the information terminal 20 is the intercom unit 31 located in the dedicated section 101 of the apartment building 100, but it can also be other machines located in the apartment building 100, such as the lobby intercom 32. Additionally, the information terminal 20 can also be a portable terminal held by a resident or manager of the apartment building 100, or other user associated with the complex. Portable terminals can be, for example, smartphones, tablets, or laptops.

[0078] Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment 2, the information output system 60 is installed in the intercom unit 31 of the dedicated section 101 of the apartment building 100, but it can also be other machines installed in the apartment building 100, such as the control device 33. Additionally, the information output system 60 can also be a portable terminal held by users related to the apartment building, such as residents or managers of the apartment building 100.

[0079] Furthermore, in embodiments 1 and 2 above, the collective facility is a residential complex, but it can also be something other than a residential complex. For example, the collective facility can also be a non-residential collective facility such as an office, factory, research facility, medical facility, or accommodation facility.

[0080] Furthermore, in the above embodiment 1, the server system 10 (information transmission system) can be implemented by a plurality of devices (e.g., a plurality of servers) or as a single device (e.g., a single server). When the server system 10 is implemented by a plurality of devices, the constituent elements (especially functional constituent elements) of the server system 10 can also be arbitrarily distributed among the plurality of devices.

[0081] Similarly, in embodiment 2 described above, the information output system 60 can be implemented by a plurality of devices or as a single device. When the information output system 60 is implemented by a plurality of devices, the constituent elements (especially functional constituent elements) of the information output system 60 can also be arbitrarily distributed among the plurality of devices.

[0082] Furthermore, there are no particular limitations on the communication methods between devices in embodiments 1 and 2 described above. Also, in the communication between devices, a relay device (such as a broadband router, not shown in the figure) may be introduced.

[0083] Furthermore, in embodiments 1 and 2 described above, other processing units may also perform the processing performed by the specific processing unit. Also, the order of multiple processing steps can be changed, and multiple processing steps can be executed in parallel.

[0084] Furthermore, in embodiments 1 and 2 described above, each component can also be implemented by executing software programs suitable for each component. Each component can also be implemented by the program execution unit of a CPU (Central Processing Unit) or processor reading and executing software programs recorded on recording media such as hard disks or semiconductor memory.

[0085] Furthermore, each component can also be implemented using hardware. For example, each component can be a circuit (or integrated circuit). These circuits can form a single circuit as a whole, or they can be separate circuits. Moreover, these circuits can be general-purpose circuits or special-purpose circuits.

[0086] Furthermore, the entirety or specific form of this invention can also be implemented by a system, apparatus, method, integrated circuit, computer program, or a recording medium such as a computer-readable CD-ROM (Compact Disc Read-Only Memory). Moreover, it can be implemented by any combination of the system, apparatus, method, integrated circuit, computer program, and recording medium.

[0087] For example, the present invention can be implemented as an information transmission method executed by a computer in the server system 10 of Embodiment 1 above, or as an information output method executed by a computer in the information output system 60 of Embodiment 2 above. The present invention can also be implemented as a program (computer program product) for causing a computer to execute such information processing methods. Furthermore, the present invention can also be implemented as a non-temporary recording medium readable by a computer that records such a program.

[0088] Furthermore, any variations conceivable by those skilled in the art in implementing each embodiment, or any combination of the constituent elements and functions of each embodiment within the scope of the present invention without departing from the spirit of the present invention, are also included in the present invention.

[0100] In this type of information transmission system, since the range of transmission destinations can be freely set for several facilities, it has the advantage of not having to send useless information.

[0101] Furthermore, in the information transmission system (server system 10) of the 7th state, such as any of the 1st to 6th states, the transmission conditions include the validity period of the transmission conditions.

[0102] In this type of information transmission system, because the validity period of the transmission conditions can be freely set, there is an advantage that useless information transmission can be avoided.

[0103] Furthermore, in the information transmission system (server system 10) of the 8th state, such as any of the 1st to 7th states, the setting information includes the setting of the output state for the transmitted information.

[0105] Furthermore, in the information transmission system (server system 10) of the 9th state, as in the 8th state, the settings related to the output state of the transmitted information include settings for the image contained in the transmitted information.

[0106] In this information transmission system, since it is possible to freely set whether to include images in the transmitted information, it has the advantage of being easy to transmit information in accordance with the information terminal 20 used by the user of the aggregation facility.

[0107] Furthermore, in the information transmission system (server system 10) of the 10th state, such as the 8th or 9th state, the settings for the output state of the transmitted information include the settings for access information to a specified address.

[0108] In this information transmission system, since it is possible to freely configure whether to include access information in the transmitted information, it has the advantage of being able to easily transmit information in accordance with the information terminal 20 used by the user of the aggregation facility.

[0109] Furthermore, the information output system 60 of the eleventh state includes a first acquisition unit 61, a second acquisition unit 62, and an output unit 63. The first acquisition unit 61 acquires setting information, which displays settings for transmission information related to a collective facility (residential complex 100) comprising a plurality of facilities (dedicated units 101).
