Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This invention relates to a technology for displaying question-and-answer information about an item. Specifically, it relates to a technology for displaying question-and-answer information that can be provided to a user along with detailed information about the item. Prior Technology
[0002] With the widespread use of the Internet, e-commerce services are expanding rapidly. This phenomenon is occurring simultaneously with a decrease in the rate of purchasing goods through traditional brick-and-mortar stores, while the rate of purchasing goods through e-commerce platforms using computers or smartphones is rising sharply.
[0003] E-commerce services can provide product-specific question and answer (Q&A) data, which includes user questions about the product and clear answers to those questions. This Q&A data allows users to obtain the information they need about the product more intuitively and quickly. This improves the user experience of e-commerce services and ultimately increases the likelihood of users purchasing the product.
[0004] However, when the question-and-answer data is complex, lengthy, or ambiguous, users may find it difficult to find the information they want. In other words, it may be difficult for users of e-commerce services to intuitively and easily connect to the question-and-answer data. This could prevent users from obtaining sufficient information about the items and thus hinder the building of trust necessary to make a purchase. Summary of the Invention

[0062] In one embodiment, the question-and-answer data may be data compiled, registered, and stored corresponding to an item. For example, question data compiled for a specific item and answer data compiled corresponding to the question data may be included in the question-and-answer data. The electronic device 101 may identify more than one piece of question-and-answer data corresponding to each item.
[0063] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can identify question-and-answer data based on item information. For example, the electronic device 101 can identify one or more stored question-and-answer data corresponding to item identification information.
[0064] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can manage one or more question-and-answer messages corresponding to an item according to various categories. For example, when a user composes a question, they can also input the category information corresponding to the question. The categories can be based on the item information, as each item has different classifications. For example, when the item is food, the categories used to classify the question-and-answer messages can be classified according to freshness, taste, volume, etc., and when the item is clothing, the corresponding categories can be classified according to size, color, quality, etc.
[0065] In one embodiment, electronic device 101 can classify question-and-answer data corresponding to an item into one or more categories. Electronic device 101 can generate one or more categories for classifying the question-and-answer data based on the analysis of the one or more question-and-answer data. For example, electronic device 101 can analyze one or more query data included in the one or more question-and-answer data, and generate one or more categories for classifying each query data based on the analysis. In one embodiment, electronic device 101 can extract keywords from the one or more query data, calculate distance information between the keywords included in each query data, and cluster the query data into one or more clusters based on the calculated distance information.
[0066] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can parse the query data to extract one or more keywords.
[0067] In one embodiment, electronic device 101 can extract keywords based on Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) values. Electronic device 101 can select keywords based on words that frequently appear in various query data and words that are rare in the entire document from one or more keywords extracted through parsing. Electronic device 101 can calculate the Term Frequency (TF) of a specific word within the query data and can calculate the Inverse Document Frequency (IDF) considering the frequency of that word's concentrated occurrence across all query data sets. Electronic device 101 can multiply the TF and IDF values to determine the importance of each word.
[0068] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 embeds one or more keywords extracted through parsing into a vector space, thereby calculating the similarity between the keywords and grouping keywords with similar meanings. The electronic device 101 can then extract key keywords from each query data.
[0069] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can calculate the importance of each word by using words in the query data as nodes and setting the connections between words as edges. The electronic device 101 can extract keywords from the question-and-answer data based on the importance of each word.
[0070] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can use various techniques to calculate the distance information between keywords and cluster the query data accordingly. For example, the electronic device 101 can use the cosine similarity technique to convert each keyword included in the query data into a vector and then calculate the cosine similarity to determine the similarity between keywords. Cosine similarity measures the angle between two vectors; therefore, the closer the value is to 1, the more similar the two keywords are considered to be. The electronic device 101 can cluster more than one set of query data based on the similarity between keywords.
[0071] In one embodiment, electronic device 101 can use Euclidean distance to convert keywords into numerical vectors, and then calculate numerical vectors containing query data for each keyword. Furthermore, electronic device 101 can calculate the Euclidean distance between vectors. The smaller the Euclidean distance value, the higher the similarity between keywords is considered, thus enabling clustering based on this.
[0072] In one embodiment, electronic device 101 can use Jaccard Similarity to calculate the Jaccard similarity between keyword sets to determine the similarity between keywords. Jaccard Similarity is defined as the value obtained by dividing the size of the intersection of two sets by the size of the union of the two sets; therefore, the higher the similarity, the larger the value. This allows query data to be clustered.
[0073] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can use word embedding techniques such as Word2Vec and GloVe to map keywords to a vector space. Subsequently, the similarity between keywords can be determined using cosine similarity or Euclidean distance between vectors, and based on this, clustering of query data including each keyword can be implemented.
[0074] In one embodiment, electronic device 101 may use TF-IDF (Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency) values to construct document vectors for each query. Subsequently, cosine similarity or Euclidean distance may be used to calculate the distance between document vectors and to cluster the query data.
[0075] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can extract key keywords according to the clusters of clustered question and answer data, and define the category of each cluster based on the key keyword information.
[0076] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can map and store corresponding category information according to each question and answer data.
[0077] Electronic device 101 can combine more than one set of question and answer data.
[0078] In one embodiment, electronic device 101 may combine at least a portion of one or more question-and-answer data based on the similarity of the question-and-answer data.
[0079] In one embodiment, the similarity between each question-and-answer data can be determined based on the similarity between each query data included in each question-and-answer data.
[0080] In one embodiment, electronic device 101 may combine at least a portion of one or more question-and-answer data based on the similarity of the question-and-answer data. For example, electronic device 101 may analyze the question data of each question-and-answer data and combine data that includes similar question data.
[0081] In one embodiment, electronic device 101 can construct document vectors to determine similarity. For this purpose, electronic device 101 can use TF-IDF (Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency) values to construct document vectors for each question-and-answer document. Subsequently, cosine similarity or Euclidean distance between document vectors can be calculated to determine the similarity between the question-and-answer documents.
[0082] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may use word embedding techniques. After mapping query data to a vector space using word embedding techniques such as Word2Vec and GloVe, the electronic device 101 may calculate the cosine similarity or Euclidean distance between vectors to determine the similarity of the query data.
[0083] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may use a language analysis model to convert the contextual descriptions of each question and answer into vectors, and calculate the cosine similarity between the converted vectors to determine the similarity between the question and answer data.
[0084] Electronic device 101 can combine question-and-answer data, including similar queries, into a single document. Similar queries may refer to multiple queries with a similarity of more than a specified critical similarity. For example, it can combine question-and-answer data for similar questions, such as "What is the method of intake?" and "How is this product used?".
[0085] In one embodiment, electronic device 101 can directly retain the state of each of the multiple question-and-answer data, including multiple similar question data, and associate a single answer with each of the multiple question data. In another embodiment, when the multiple question-and-answer data including similar question data includes answer data, electronic device 101 can combine the answer data into one. For example, electronic device 101 can calculate the similarity between similar question data and corresponding answer data, and extract representative answer data based on the similarity. For example, electronic device 101 can calculate the similarity between each pair of answer data corresponding to three similar question data, and identify the central answer data in each pair of answer data based on this.
[0086] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may use various techniques such as cosine similarity, Jaccard similarity, or Euclidean distance to calculate similarity. For example, when the electronic device 101 calculates the cosine similarity of three response data A, B, and C, after calculating the cosine similarity between each pair of response data (AB, AC, BC), the two response data with the highest similarity can be identified. Then, representative response data can be extracted by weighted average of the identified response data pairs or by majority voting. In this method, the electronic device 101 can quantitatively evaluate the content similarity of each response data to maintain the consistency of response data for similar queries. For example, when the cosine similarity between response data A and B is 0.9, the similarity between A and C is 0.85, and the similarity between B and C is 0.8, the electronic device 101 can determine that A and B have the highest similarity and combine the two to generate representative response data. In one embodiment, after combining similar question-and-answer data, the electronic device 101 can store the combined data as new question-and-answer data. Such combined question-and-answer data includes more comprehensive answers, thereby improving the quality of information provided to the user.
[0087] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can filter important keywords from the question-and-answer data and apply visual effects (e.g., highlighting) to them. This allows the user to identify important information more quickly.
[0088] In one embodiment, electronic device 101 can analyze query data based on morpheme analysis, sentence analysis, or word frequency analysis. In one embodiment, electronic device 101 can calculate TF-IDF (Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency) values for the words included in the query data and apply visual effects to words with TF-IDF values above a threshold. Electronic device 101 can extract words with a specified number of upstream scores as keywords based on the calculated TF-IDF values. Electronic device 101 can apply specific colors, bolding, and / or underlining, or other visual effects to the selected keywords. For example, an important keyword such as "intake method" can be displayed as "intake method".
[0089] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may also consider the position and frequency of each word in the document during the keyword filtering process. For example, words located in the title or first paragraph may have higher importance.
[0090] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may apply visual effects to words that match a pre-defined list of keywords.
[0091] In one embodiment, electronic device 101 may define new categories or map them to previous categories based on the combined question-and-answer data. The categories thus generated make it easier for users to find relevant information. Through various techniques as exemplified above, electronic device 101 combines question-and-answer data, thereby providing users with more useful and comprehensive information.
[0092] In one embodiment, electronic device 101 can delete data containing inappropriate expressions or defamatory language from question-and-answer materials. Electronic device 101 can analyze the text of the query and answer materials to delete data containing defamatory language, hate speech, or other inappropriate expressions. For example, electronic device 101 can pre-store data containing defamatory language, hate speech, or other inappropriate expressions, and use this as a basis to score the text of each data based on its similarity to keywords included in the query or answer materials, classifying data that obtains a score above a fixed threshold as deletion targets. In one embodiment, after filtering question-and-answer materials containing inappropriate queries, electronic device 101 constructs a question-and-answer data set based on the remaining data. In this way, electronic device 101 can prevent unintended misuse and maintain the reliability of the information provided to the user. Electronic device 101 can also delete or correct and store answer materials containing inappropriate expressions. To this end, electronic device 101 can examine the text of the answer data and, upon discovering inappropriate expressions, correct that portion or delete the entire answer data. As a result, electronic device 101 can include a function to automatically detect and remove inappropriate expressions in order to maintain the quality of the question-and-answer data. In this way, the electronic device can provide users with reliable and useful information. For example, if electronic device 101 determines that a particular question-and-answer data entry contains defamatory language, it can delete that data to maintain the quality of the data set.
[0093] Electronic device 101 can generate first page information (S330). The first page information may include information used to output the first page.

[0101] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may display real-time updated question and answer data.
[0102] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may apply visual effects to the question-and-answer data. For example, important questions and answers may be displayed in bold or other colors.
[0103] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may display real-time updated question-and-answer data. In another embodiment, the electronic device 101 may apply visual effects to the latest question-and-answer data.
[0104] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can organize and highlight questions and answers designated as important by the user in a separate section. For example, important questions can be placed at the top of a separate list within the question-and-answer area or visual effects can be added to make them more prominent than other questions and answers. Additionally, the electronic device 101 allows the user to bookmark or tag specific question-and-answer data. For example, bookmarks or tags can be appended to the question-and-answer data.
[0105] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may emphasize key words for identification through visual effects such as bold, color change, or underline. For example, key words such as "delivery period," "return and exchange policy," and "product function" may be displayed more prominently in comparison with other text.
[0106] In this embodiment, the electronic device 101 can provide a search function based on highlighted keywords according to the user's selection. For example, after the user clicks on a specific keyword, all question and answer information related to that keyword can be displayed as search results.
[0107] The electronic device 101 can filter the question and answer data to be displayed in the question and answer area according to the priority of multiple question and answer data corresponding to the item.
[0108] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can, after confirming the priority of a plurality of question-and-answer data corresponding to an item, set a portion of the question-and-answer data to be displayed in the question-and-answer area in descending order of priority. For example, in an e-commerce website, the question-and-answer data with the highest purchase conversion rate can be displayed first, thereby allowing users to quickly find the answers they need.
[0109] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can determine the priority among one or more question-and-answer data corresponding to the aforementioned item. For example, when each question-and-answer data is displayed in the question-and-answer area, the priority can be determined based on the rate at which customers purchase the aforementioned item.
[0110] In one embodiment, electronic device 101 can determine priority based on customer ratings of one or more question-and-answer profiles. For example, the ratings can be analyzed based on the number of times a customer clicks the "Very Good" button. In another embodiment, electronic device 101 can analyze customer ratings to prioritize question-and-answer profiles that receive high ratings. For example, it can detect upstream question-and-answer profiles based on "Very Good" buttons or 5-star ratings and display them to the user first.
[0111] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can determine priority based on the number of answers included in the question-and-answer data. For example, questions with more answers to a particular question can be judged to have higher priority. In another embodiment, the electronic device 101 can consider the number of answers to a question to assign priority. For example, when there are multiple answers corresponding to a particular question, it can be determined that the question has received more user attention and displayed at the top of the question-and-answer area.
[0112] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can extract one or more keywords from question-and-answer data and determine priorities based on the extracted keywords. For example, keywords can be extracted from question-and-answer data corresponding to a specific customer based on user profiles and customer information, and priorities can be assigned based on these keywords. In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can determine priorities based on keywords extracted from question-and-answer data. For example, question-and-answer data where a specific keyword frequently appears can be determined to have a higher priority. Specific keywords can be determined by corresponding to the main keywords extracted from question-and-answer data corresponding to items of the same or similar categories. Methods similar to those described above can be used for filtering main keywords.
[0113] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can select similar items based on the item's attribute information and extract keywords from the question-and-answer data corresponding to these similar items. Subsequently, the priority of each question-and-answer data can be determined based on the extracted keywords. In another embodiment, the electronic device 101 can analyze and utilize the question-and-answer data of similar items based on the item's attribute information. For example, it can extract question-and-answer data of other products in similar categories and prioritize displaying question-and-answer data that matches the item's characteristics based on the keywords included in that data.
[0114] In one embodiment, the sensitivity of each keyword attribute of a user can be calculated by considering past inquiry data and purchase history of the user or customer, and the weight value of each extracted keyword can be determined based on the sensitivity. Then, the priority corresponding to each of one or more question-and-answer data is determined based on the weight value and the extracted keywords. In one embodiment, electronic device 101 can analyze the user's preferred topics or keywords based on past inquiry data and purchase history. Then, the sensitivity to specific keywords can be calculated based on this information, and weight values can be assigned to each keyword to determine the priority of question-and-answer data. For example, in the case of a user who frequently buys athletic shoes, question-and-answer data including the keyword "size" can be set to a higher priority.
[0115] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can generate first page information by displaying priority-based question-and-answer data in a question-and-answer area. This technology helps improve the user experience by making it easier for users to find the information they need.
[0116] Electronic device 101 can transmit the information on the first page to the user terminal (S340).
[0117] In one embodiment, electronic device 101 can transmit first page information to user terminal 102. User terminal 102 can receive the first page information from electronic device 101. User terminal 102 can output the first page to its screen based on the first page information.
[0118] Figure 4 is a diagram illustrating the first page and question-and-answer area of one embodiment of the present invention.
[0119] Figure 5 is a diagram illustrating the question-and-answer area of one embodiment of the present invention.
[0120] Referring to Figure 4, page 1, number 400, can be an item details page that includes detailed information about the item.
[0121] In one embodiment, the first page 400 may include a question-and-answer area 410 in at least a portion of its area.
[0122] In one embodiment, at least a portion of the question and answer data 420a, 430 selected by the electronic device 101 from one or more question and answer data corresponding to an item can be displayed in the question and answer area 410.
[0123] In one embodiment, the first page 400 may include a user interface 413 in at least a portion of the question-and-answer area 410 for receiving a user's connection request to the second page. Corresponding to user input on the user interface 413, the electronic device 101 may transmit second page information for outputting the second page to the user terminal 102. The second page may be a page displaying a complete catalog of question-and-answer data corresponding to an item. The second page will be described below.
[0124] In one embodiment, the question-and-answer area 410 may include an extended interface 421a in at least a portion. In one embodiment, when the question-and-answer data displayed in the question-and-answer area 410 is longer than a specified length, the electronic device 101 generates abbreviated question-and-answer data and displays it in the question-and-answer area 410. The method for generating the abbreviated question-and-answer data will be described below.
[0125] In one embodiment, electronic device 101 may display all question-and-answer data 420b in question-and-answer area 410 in response to user input corresponding to extended interface 421a. In this case, extended interface 421a may be transformed into reduced interface 421b. In response to user input corresponding to reduced interface 421b, electronic device 101 may display abbreviated question-and-answer data 420a in question-and-answer area 410.
[0126] In one embodiment, when the question-and-answer data 420b includes multiple answer data, the user interface 423 for displaying all multiple answer data can then be displayed in the question-and-answer area 410. In one embodiment, all multiple answer data can be aggregated into one answer data by combining the answer data as described above.
[0127] Figure 6 is a diagram on the second page illustrating one embodiment of the present invention.
[0128] In one embodiment, the second page 600 may be a page used to display a directory of all questions and answers corresponding to an item.
[0129] In one embodiment, the second page 600 may include a reporting interface 610 for reporting inappropriate question and answer information.
[0130] In one embodiment, the second page 600 may display a directory including a plurality of question and answer materials 620, 630.
[0131] When the first question-and-answer data 620 does not contain any answer data in the response data of the question-and-answer data, only the question data is displayed on the second page 600. When the answer data is the second question-and-answer data 630 which is longer than the specified length, the abbreviated answer data, which is at least a portion of the answer data, can be displayed on the second page 600.
[0132] Figure 7 is a flowchart that schematically illustrates a method for displaying abbreviated question-and-answer data according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0133] One embodiment of the present invention describes a method for displaying abbreviated question-and-answer data of an item, which may include actions S710, S720, S730 and / or S740.
[0134] Electronic device 101 can confirm whether the length of the question-and-answer data is greater than or equal to a specified length. Electronic device 101 can confirm whether the length of the question-and-answer data is greater than or equal to a specified length based on the length of the text included in the answer data. For example, if the answer data includes more than 100 words, or if the answer data includes more than 300 characters, electronic device 101 can determine that the length of the question-and-answer data is greater than or equal to a specified length. In one embodiment, electronic device 101 can confirm whether the length of the question-and-answer data is greater than or equal to a specified length based on the capacity of the question-and-answer data.
[0135] Electronic device 101 can generate abbreviated question and answer data (S720).
[0136] Electronic device 101 can generate abbreviated question and answer data, which is abbreviated from at least a portion of the question or answer data in the question and answer data.
[0137] In one embodiment, electronic device 101 can abbreviate question-and-answer data to generate abbreviated question-and-answer data. The abbreviated question-and-answer data can be generated when the length of the original question-and-answer data exceeds a specified critical length. In this case, electronic device 101 can analyze the answer data to determine the portion to be abbreviated.
[0138] In one embodiment, electronic device 101 can extract a portion of the answer data within a defined length to generate abbreviated question-and-answer data. For example, electronic device 101 can extract a specified fixed length from the beginning of the answer data to generate abbreviated question-and-answer data.
[0139] In one embodiment, in addition to simply truncating text, the electronic device 101 can also abbreviate the answer information according to semantic units. For example, the electronic device 101 can recognize the important parts of the answer information and compile abbreviated question-and-answer information based on core information. The electronic device 101 can generate abbreviated information by truncating a region containing important content, rather than the beginning, as needed, within a fixed length. In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can use various techniques besides simply truncating the length when abbreviating question-and-answer information. The electronic device 101 can analyze the logical structure of each answer information to recognize the main parts and exclude less important parts, thereby performing effective abbreviation.
[0140] In one embodiment, electronic device 101 can decompose answer data into individual sentences or semantic units, and reconstruct it by selecting important parts from the overall paragraph, thereby enabling the creation of abbreviated question-and-answer data. In another embodiment, electronic device 101 can use natural language processing algorithms to decompose text into semantic units and evaluate the importance of each unit. To this end, electronic device 101 can understand the theme of each sentence and select sentences containing important information from the overall paragraph of the document to create abbreviated question-and-answer data.
[0141] In one embodiment, electronic device 101 can perform keyword-based analysis, filtering only statements containing important keywords from the response data. This generates abbreviated question-and-answer data that retains essential information while excluding redundant parts. The importance of keywords can be evaluated using benchmarks such as TF-IDF values.
[0142] In one embodiment, electronic device 101 may extract the most important statements and reconstruct them into abbreviated text. The selection criteria for important statements may include criteria related to the position of each statement in the answer material, such as the beginning, middle, and end of a document.
[0143] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can abbreviate the answer information by analyzing the sentence based on the beginning and end of the words. For example, when important content is concentrated in the beginning or end of the answer information, abbreviation can be performed around that part to allow the user to obtain information efficiently. In this case, important content can be calculated based on the importance of keywords.
[0144] In one embodiment, electronic device 101 can structure and summarize the answer data. For example, text can be rearranged around important statements or keywords to produce abbreviated question-and-answer data in a structured form that includes only the core content. For example, statements including important keywords can be identified based on keyword evaluation, and the text of the answer data can be reconfigured accordingly.
[0145] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can determine the similarity between statements and group statements with similar content, and extract representative statements from each group to generate summary statements.
[0146] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 may generate abbreviated question-and-answer data by selecting only statements containing keywords that have been filtered as important keywords. This can be achieved through keyword importance evaluation as described above, where statements containing keywords with higher importance can be included in the summary statement.
[0147] In one embodiment, electronic device 101 can reorder the text order of the response data. Electronic device 101 can calculate the importance of each statement and reorder the statements based on their importance to generate abbreviated response data summarizing the response data. For example, electronic device 101 can place statements with higher importance, including important information, at the beginning and generate abbreviated response data that truncates the reordered response data to a fixed length.
[0148] In one embodiment, electronic device 101 can select important statements after evaluating each statement in the response data, while also considering the connectivity between statements to generate abbreviated data. Electronic device 101 can select important statements based on the tokenization, morpheme analysis, sentence analysis, and semantic analysis of each statement or the words included in each statement.
[0149] In one embodiment, electronic device 101 may use keyword-based abbreviation techniques. Electronic device 101 can identify important keywords within each response and generate abbreviations by filtering only statements containing such keywords. The importance of keywords can be evaluated using TF-IDF values, document topic, and context analysis.
[0150] Electronic device 101 can also predefine important keywords corresponding to the categories of each question and answer. To this end, electronic device 101 can store a list of important keywords that repeatedly appear in answers belonging to a specific category. This list can be structured differently according to the category of the item or the category of the question and answer; for example, key keywords for electronic products may include "function," "battery life," and "performance." Electronic device 101 can refer to this list to evaluate the importance of the answer and determine which parts should be abbreviated.
[0151] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can analyze each response in real time to extract important keywords. To this end, the electronic device 101 can parse the response data and identify keywords in real time using importance evaluation criteria such as TF-IDF values. The response data is then reconstructed based on the extracted keywords, thereby generating question-and-answer data that is abbreviated to include only the main statements.
[0152] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can reflect the document structure of each question-and-answer document during the keyword filtering process. For example, importance can be calculated by giving higher importance to words located in important positions such as the title, first sentence, and last sentence. The electronic device 101 filters important keywords based on their position and frequency within the document, thereby enabling the creation of abbreviated question-and-answer documents that retain key information.
[0153] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can cluster answer data to group similar answer data and filter important keywords and phrases within each group to generate abbreviated data.
[0154] Electronic device 101 can display abbreviated question and answer information in the question and answer area (S730).
[0155] Electronic device 101 can display all question and answer data based on user input corresponding to the extended interface (S740).
[0156] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can convert abbreviated question-and-answer data into full question-and-answer data and display it in the question-and-answer area based on user input corresponding to the extended interface.
[0157] Figure 8 is a flowchart that schematically illustrates a method for selectively displaying question-and-answer data according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0158] One embodiment of the present invention provides a method for selectively displaying question-and-answer information of an item, which may include actions S810, S820, S830 and / or S840.
[0159] The electronic device 101 can confirm the priority among one or more question-and-answer data corresponding to an item (S810).
[0160] The electronic device 101 can filter the question and answer data to be displayed in the question and answer area according to the priority of multiple question and answer data corresponding to the item.
[0161] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can, after confirming the priority of a plurality of question-and-answer data corresponding to an item, set a portion of the question-and-answer data to be displayed in the question-and-answer area in descending order of priority. For example, in an e-commerce website, the question-and-answer data with the highest purchase conversion rate can be displayed first, thereby allowing users to quickly find the answers they need.
[0162] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can determine the priority among one or more question-and-answer data corresponding to the aforementioned item. For example, when each question-and-answer data is displayed in the question-and-answer area, the priority can be determined based on the rate at which customers purchase the aforementioned item.
[0163] In one embodiment, electronic device 101 can determine priority based on customer ratings of one or more question-and-answer profiles.
[0164] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can determine priority based on the number of answers included in the question-and-answer data.
[0165] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can extract one or more keywords from question-and-answer data and determine priorities based on the extracted keywords.
[0166] In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can select similar items based on the item's attribute information and extract keywords from the question-and-answer data corresponding to these similar items. Subsequently, the priority of each question-and-answer data can be determined based on the extracted keywords. In another embodiment, the electronic device 101 can analyze and utilize the question-and-answer data of similar items based on the item's attribute information. For example, it can extract question-and-answer data for other goods in similar categories and prioritize displaying question-and-answer data that matches the item's characteristics based on the keywords included in that data.
[0167] In one embodiment, the sensitivity of each keyword attribute of a user can be calculated by considering past inquiry data and purchase history of the user or customer, and the weight value of each extracted keyword can be determined based on the sensitivity. Then, the priority corresponding to each of one or more question-and-answer data is determined based on the weight value and the extracted keywords. In one embodiment, the electronic device 101 can analyze the user's preferred topics or keywords based on the user's past inquiry data and purchase history.
