Description

Technical Field

[0001] This invention relates to a dual-screen device, specifically one that allows the handle to be freely flipped for easy carrying by the user, the dual screens to stand stably on a table when unfolded in a mirror manner, and has multiple usage modes for flexible users. Prior Technology

[0002] Traditional laptops primarily consist of a keyboard base that can be folded or unfolded and a screen. However, such laptops can only rotate the screen 360 degrees relative to the keyboard base in one way to provide either laptop mode or tablet mode for user operation. In contrast, as shown in patent TWI494044B, an "electronic device," it mainly includes a display device, an input device, a first link, and a second link. The two ends of the first link are pivotally connected to one side of the display device and the input device, respectively, and the two ends of the second link are pivotally connected to the opposite sides of the display device and the input device, respectively. When the electronic device is in tablet mode, the display device is covered by the input device, and the display device and the input device are located between the first link and the second link. This allows the display device and the input device to rotate relative to the links, enabling different usage modes and providing users with more operational options.

[0003] For typical single-screen or multi-screen computer touch screens, a support stand is often used to support the flat electronic device, or a small support frame or stand is provided. Most of these use a 45-degree angle support structure, as shown in patent CN120212387A, "A Three-Screen Split-Screen Device," which includes a first screen, a second screen, a third screen, and a first stand. The first screen is rotatably connected to one end of the second screen, and the third screen is rotatably connected to the other end of the second screen. The first stand is connected to the second screen. The first stand includes a motherboard, a sub-board, and a support plate. The motherboard is fixedly connected to the second screen, one end of the sub-board is rotatably connected to the motherboard, and the other end of the sub-board is rotatably connected to the support plate. By implementing the above technical solution, the following technical effects can be achieved: the screen can be freely hovered, the screen height and angle can be adjusted, the strength and stability of the stand are guaranteed, the need for freely choosing a comfortable angle is met, and the convenience and practicality of use are improved.

[0004] However, the structure of patent application TWI494044B is mainly used in single-screen laptops, while the structure shown in patent application CN120212387A can be used in three-screen or dual-screen computer touch screens, and the multiple screens and support plates can be folded separately to reduce the size for portability and facilitate operation after unfolding. However, due to its support-like structure, the overall structure is still too bulky and not conducive to storage and carrying after folding. Summary of the Invention

[0005] In view of this, in order to provide a structure that is different from conventional technology and to improve the above-mentioned shortcomings, the creator has accumulated many years of experience and continuous research and development, resulting in this creation.

[0006] One objective of this invention is to provide a dual-screen device that addresses the limitations of conventional electronic devices. While conventional devices allow for different usage modes by rotating the display and input devices to different positions, they are generally only usable on single-screen laptops or triple-screen or dual-screen computer touchscreens. Furthermore, while multiple screens and support plates can be folded individually, the resulting bulky structure is inconvenient for storage and portability, and the operation is cumbersome. This invention addresses the issue by allowing an outer frame and a first screen to flip relative to each other, a second screen and the outer frame to rotate relative to each other, and a first and second support each pivotally connected to a movable component. One side of the first support is pivotally connected to the first screen, and one side of the second support is pivotally connected to the outer frame. When the outer frame and the first screen are folded together, this device... The first and second stands are designed to fold together and protrude outwards, allowing the handle to be exposed for easy carrying. When the dual-screen device is needed, simply place it with the handle facing the table. The weight of the screens themselves will cause the first and second stands to swing naturally to flatten against the table, allowing the first screen and the outer frame containing the second screen to stand stably on the table. The first and second screens can then unfold outwards to a fixed angle on the table, switching from "folded mode" to "mirror mode". The second screen can also be flipped upwards relative to the outer frame to form an "extended mode", allowing users to choose between mirroring and extended modes as needed. The overall structure is simple and lightweight, and the mode switching is quick and flexible.

[0033] Additionally, one side of the second bracket 73 has a second sleeve 731, which is sleeved onto the second pivot rod 37, thereby allowing one side of the second bracket 73 to pivotally connect to the second pivot part 38, and allowing the outer frame 3 and the second bracket 73 to rotate relative to each other. One end of the other side of the second bracket 73 has a third support plate 732, one end of which is pivotally connected to the first pivot 743. The other end of the other side of the second bracket 73 has a fourth support plate 733, one end of which is pivotally connected to the second pivot 744, thereby allowing the second bracket 73 and the movable member 71 to rotate relative to each other, so that one end of the third support plate 732 and one end of the fourth support plate 733 are respectively rotatably limited within the third limiting groove 747 and the fourth limiting groove 748, and allowing the first bracket 72 and the second bracket 73 to retract relative to each other.

[0034] Therefore, when the dual-screen device 1 needs to be placed on the table, the first screen 2 and the outer frame 3 are respectively extended outwards, and the first support 72 and the second support 73 can be freely rotated to flatten against the table by the weight of the screen, so that the first support 72 and the second support 73 are in a flattened state, thereby allowing the first screen 2 and the outer frame 3 with the second screen 5 to stand stably on the table; at this time, the second screen 5 is accommodated and positioned in the first space 31 of the outer frame 3, and the two ends of the first side 23 of the first screen 2 are respectively connected to the first support part 34 and the second support part 35 of the outer frame 3 via the first moving component 4 and the second moving component 4', so that the first screen 2 and the outer frame 3 can be flipped from the "folded mode" to the "mirror mode", that is, the first display surface 21 of the first screen 2 and the second display surface 51 of the second screen 5 are respectively displayed on the two outer sides and stand on the table at a fixed angle.

[0035] As shown in Figures 2 and 8, when the user moves the actuating part 54 in the receiving slot 337 upward, the second screen 5 is pivotally connected to the first support part 34 of the outer frame 3 at one end of the protrusion 53 and to the second support part 35 at the other end of the protrusion 53. This allows the second screen 5 to rotate upward relative to the outer frame 3, so that the first display surface 21 of the first screen 2 and the second display surface 51 of the second screen 5 are displayed on the same outer surface. This allows the second screen 5 to form an "extended mode", enabling the user to use the split screen. As shown in Figures 2, 9, and 10, when the user holds the first groove 27 and the second groove 57 to lift the first screen 2, the outer frame 3, and the second screen 5, the weight of the movable part 71 itself allows the first support 72 and the second support 73 to swing downwards naturally. When the first screen 2 and the outer frame 3 approach each other to form a "folded mode", the first support 72 and the second support 73 fold together relative to each other, protruding outwards away from the second side 24 of the first screen 2 and the second side 33 of the outer frame 3. After being inverted up and down, the user can hold the movable part 71 for easy extraction and carrying.

[0036] In summary, based on the above description, the outer frame and the first screen of this invention can be flipped relative to each other, and the second screen and the outer frame can rotate relative to each other. The first support and the second support are each pivotally connected to a movable component. One side of the first support is pivotally connected to the first screen, and one side of the second support is pivotally connected to the outer frame. Therefore, when the outer frame and the first screen are closed relative to each other, the weight of the movable component itself allows the first and second supports to naturally swing downwards and close, exposing the handle for direct user extraction and convenient carrying. Its overall structure is simple, and its operation is quite convenient and practical. When the handle is placed facing the table, via… The weight of the screen itself allows the first and second stands to swing naturally towards the flat surface of the table. Simultaneously, when the first and second screens are in mirror mode, they transform into a support structure to enhance the stability of the device, ensuring the first screen and outer frame stand firmly on the table. Furthermore, when the user moves the lever upwards, causing the second screen to rotate upwards relative to the outer frame, thus displaying the first and second display surfaces of the first and second screens on the same outer surface, the second screen can be extended. Combined with the first screen, this allows for split-screen use, accommodating the flexible needs of different users. Therefore, this invention has significant industrial applicability, and a patent application is hereby filed in accordance with the law.

[0037] While this invention discloses preferred embodiments to achieve the above objectives, it is not intended to limit the structural features of this invention. Anyone skilled in the art should know that any easily conceivable variations or modifications are possible under the technical spirit of this invention and are covered by the patent application scope of this invention.
