AI Technical Summary
Technical Problem
Conventional fan devices with oil-impregnated bearings suffer from limited lubrication due to porous structures, leading to contact noise and bearing overheating, and lack space for additional components due to solid shaft designs.
Method used
A fan device with a central column incorporating dual oil storage spaces and a hollow tube section, featuring a rotor assembly with a hollow tube shaft, oil-impregnated bearings, and wear-resistant rings to ensure uniform lubrication and accommodate other components.
Benefits of technology
The dual oil storage spaces provide excellent lubrication through capillary action, preventing noise and overheating while allowing space for additional components, enhancing the fan's operational reliability and efficiency.

Abstract
This invention comprises a fan housing, a central column, an oil-impregnated bearing, a dustproof ring, a wear-resistant ring, and a rotor assembly. The fan housing has a central bearing and a coil section, with the central column passing through the central bearing. The oil-impregnated bearing is located between the central bearing and the central column. The dustproof ring covers the oil-impregnated bearing, and the wear-resistant ring is located between the rotor assembly and the central bearing. An external friction interface exists between the rotor assembly and the oil-impregnated bearing; the rotor assembly has a first oil reservoir; an abutting friction interface exists between the rotor assembly and the wear-resistant ring; and a second oil reservoir exists between the oil-impregnated bearing and the wear-resistant ring. Capillary action allows lubricating oil in each oil reservoir to fill the corresponding friction interface, improving lubrication.
