Abstract

This invention provides an improved low-voltage air circuit breaker operation device that addresses the shortcomings of conventional low-voltage air circuit breakers. In these devices, the undervoltage trip coil burns out due to continuous energization, causing the internal tripping mechanism to lock up and become damaged, thus preventing forced locking. If a tripping mechanism is used, forced locking may occur, potentially leading to accidental energization. This prevents the low-voltage air circuit breaker from being forced to close, hindering market demand. The improved low-voltage air circuit breaker operation device comprises a power supply unit, an electrical operation control unit, a manual operation restriction unit, and an external command unit. The microprocessor of the electrical operation control unit operates normally for starting and closing according to its programmed settings. The manual operation restriction unit replaces the traditional undervoltage coil, preventing burnout from prolonged energization and enabling forced starting and closing, effectively preventing accidental energization and disconnection.
