Abstract
Claims
1. A pressure-reducing structure for a floating joint, comprising: a fixed seat having an open side and a closed side, the fixed seat having an accommodating space located between the open side and the closed side, the closed side having a through hole, and the fixed seat having an inner wall groove on the inner wall of the accommodating space; an adapter seat including a first section and a second section, the adapter seat being assembled with the fixed seat, the first section extending from the accommodating space toward the open side of the fixed seat, the second section extending from the accommodating space to the through hole on the closed side, and the first section and the second section forming an axial abutment surface; a sliding member having a cylindrical body and a base, the cylindrical body extending axially from one side of the base, the base extending radially outward to form a base flange, the cylindrical body penetrating the through hole from the outside of the closed side of the fixed seat into the accommodating space, and engaging with the second section of the adapter seat. The connection includes a base flange that is radially slidably attached to the outer surface of the closed side; a retaining ring disposed within the accommodating space, having an outer ring portion embedded in the inner wall groove of the fixing seat, and a retaining ring abutting surface protruding from the inner wall groove of the fixing seat into the accommodating space, the retaining ring abutting surface facing the closed side and parallel to the axial abutting surface of the adapter seat; a sliding washer disposed within the accommodating space of the fixing seat and located on the outer periphery of the adapter seat, having a first side and a second side facing the open side and closed side of the fixing seat respectively, the first side abutting against the retaining ring abutting surface of the retaining ring and the axial abutting surface of the adapter seat; and a spring disposed within the accommodating space of the fixing seat and sleeved on the second section of the outer periphery of the adapter seat, one end of the spring abutting against the second side of the sliding washer, and the other end abutting against the inner surface of the closed side.
2. The pressure-reducing structure of the floating joint as described in claim 1, wherein the first section of the adapter is detachably connected to a quick connector.
3. The pressure-reducing structure of the floating joint as described in claim 1, wherein an elastic element is provided on the closed outer surface of the fixed seat.
4. The pressure-reducing structure of the floating joint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cylinder of the sliding member has a front end and an end adjacent to the base, and the end is aligned with the inner circumferential surface of one end of the second segment of the adapter, and a sealing element is provided on the outer circumference of the end.
5. A pressure-reducing structure for a floating joint, comprising: a fixed seat having an open side and a closed side, the fixed seat having an accommodating space located between the open side and the closed side, the closed side having a through hole, and the fixed seat having an inner wall groove on the inner wall of the accommodating space; an adapter seat including a first section and a second section, the adapter seat being assembled with the fixed seat, the first section extending from the accommodating space toward the open side of the first end of the fixed seat, the second section extending from the accommodating space through the through hole of the closed side, and protruding through the through hole to the outside of the fixed seat, and the first section and the second section forming an axial abutment surface; a sliding member sleeved on the second section of the adapter seat from the outside of the closed side, and radially slidably attached to the outer surface of the closed side; and a fastener from the closed side... The second section of the adapter is externally fitted and adjacent to the sliding member; a retaining ring is disposed in the accommodating space, having an outer ring portion embedded in the inner wall groove of the fixing base, and a retaining ring abutment surface exposed in the accommodating space and facing the closed side of the fixing base, and the retaining ring abutment surface is parallel to and aligned with the axial abutment surface of the adapter; a sliding washer is disposed in the accommodating space of the fixing base and located on the outer periphery of the adapter, having a first side and a second side facing the open side and closed side of the fixing base respectively, and the first side abutting the retaining ring abutment surface of the retaining ring and the axial abutment surface of the adapter; a spring is disposed in the accommodating space of the fixing base and fitted on the outer periphery of the second section of the adapter, one end of the spring abutting the second side of the sliding washer, and the other end abutting the inner surface of the closed side.
6. The pressure-reducing structure of the floating joint as described in claim 5, wherein the first section of the adapter is detachably connected to a quick-connect coupling.
7. The pressure-reducing structure of the floating joint as described in claim 5, wherein an elastic element is provided on the closed outer surface of the fixed seat.
8. The floating connector pressure relief structure as described in claim 5, wherein the outer surface of the second section of the adapter is provided with an annular groove, and the fastener is embedded in the annular groove.
