Abstract

A punch press die-closing adjustment mechanism includes: a power transmission mechanism that drives a rotating shaft to rotate using a power source to provide power output; an eccentric wheel mechanism that has eccentric wheels fixed on the rotating shaft to generate eccentric motion; a yoke support mechanism that includes an upper slider, a lower slider, and a slider box, the upper slider and the lower slider being disposed in the slider box and pivotally mounted on the eccentric wheels, thereby driving the first slider of the yoke support mechanism to move linearly up and down, and a shaft is connected to the first slider; and a punch assembly that has a shaft pivotally connected to the punch to drive the punch to perform reciprocating linear up and down motion.

Claims

1. A punch press die closing adjustment mechanism, comprising: A power transmission mechanism that uses a power source to drive a rotating shaft to rotate. An eccentric wheel mechanism is provided, wherein an eccentric wheel is fixedly mounted on the rotating shaft; a yoke support mechanism is provided, including an upper slider, a lower slider, and a slider box, wherein the upper slider and the lower slider are disposed in the slider box and pivotally mounted on the eccentric wheel, thereby driving the first slider of the yoke support mechanism to move linearly up and down, and a shaft is connected to the first slider; and a punch assembly is provided, wherein a punch is pivotally connected to the shaft, thereby driving the punch to move reciprocatingly in a linear up and down motion; wherein the yoke support mechanism, through a Scottish yoke mechanism formed with the eccentric wheel mechanism, causes the first slider to move between an upper dead point and a lower dead point.

2. The punch press die closing adjustment mechanism as described in claim 1, wherein the power source is a motor.

3. The punch press die closing adjustment mechanism as described in claim 2, wherein the power transmission mechanism is a motor mounted on a frame, the rotating shaft is mounted on the frame, and a flywheel is installed at one end of the rotating shaft. The motor drives the flywheel via a belt, thereby driving the rotating shaft to rotate.

4. The punch press die closing adjustment mechanism as described in claim 1, wherein the eccentric wheel mechanism is a camshaft mechanism.

5. The punch press mold closing adjustment mechanism as described in claim 1, wherein the outer sides of the upper slider and the lower slider in the yoke support mechanism respectively contact the inner wall of a window portion of the slider box.

6. The punch press mold closing adjustment mechanism as described in claim 1, wherein the inner sides of the upper slider and the lower slider respectively slidably support the eccentric wheel mechanism eccentrically mounted on the rotating shaft in the circumferential direction.

7. The punch mold closing adjustment mechanism as described in claim 1, wherein the yoke support mechanism further includes a guide rail assembly, allowing the first slider to slide on a guide rail to adjust the relative distance between the yoke support mechanism and the punch assembly.

8. The punch press mold closing adjustment mechanism as described in claim 1, wherein the yoke support mechanism adjusts the mold closing height through the lower stop position.

9. The punch press die closing adjustment mechanism as described in claim 1, wherein the yoke support mechanism has an adjustment range of 0-100 mm and an adjustment accuracy of 0.01 mm.
