Abstract

A conveying device for prepared food packages includes a suction device, a stepping conveyor, a temporary storage device, and a vertical conveyor. The suction device includes a support, a feeding and sorting bin, and a picking element. The feeding and sorting bin is mounted on the support to store prepared food packages. The picking element is movably mounted on the feeding and sorting bin to suction the prepared food packages. The stepping conveyor is located downstream of the suction device and includes a base, a platform assembly, a stepping device, and a power element. The platform assembly is arranged side-by-side on the base to support the prepared food packages. The stepping device includes stepping platforms, arranged side-by-side on the base corresponding to the platform assembly, to lift and step the prepared food packages to a predetermined distance. The power element engages with and drives the stepping device. The temporary storage device is located downstream of the platform assembly to receive and temporarily store the prepared food packages. The vertical conveyor is located downstream of the temporary storage device to receive and transport the prepared food packages.

Claims

1. A conveying device for prepared food packets, comprising: a suction device, including: a support; a feeding and sorting bin disposed on the support and configured to store a plurality of prepared food packets in an array; and a plurality of picking elements movably disposed on the feeding and sorting bin, wherein the picking elements are arranged in the array and configured to correspondingly pick up the prepared food packets; and a step conveying device disposed downstream of the suction device, including: a base; and a plurality of platform groups disposed side by side on the base, wherein the platform groups are configured to correspondingly support the prepared food packets picked up by the suction device; A plurality of stepping devices are arranged side-by-side on the base and corresponding to the platform groups, each of the stepping devices including a stepping platform disposed in a corresponding one of the platform groups, the stepping platform being configured to lift and step the prepared packages on the corresponding one of the platform groups by a predetermined distance, wherein the platform groups receive the prepared packages after lifting and falling, so that the prepared packages remain facing the stepping conveyor; and a power element engaged with the stepping devices and configured to drive the stepping devices; a plurality of temporary storage devices are correspondingly disposed downstream of the platform groups and configured to receive and temporarily store the prepared packages conveyed by the stepping devices; and a plurality of vertical conveyors are correspondingly disposed downstream of the temporary storage devices and configured to receive and convey the prepared packages from the temporary storage devices.

2. The feeding and sorting bin for the prepared food package as described in claim 1, wherein the feeding and sorting bin comprises a plurality of grid structures arranged in the array, and the prepared food packages are correspondingly stacked in the grid structures.

The transport device for the prepared package as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of the platform groups comprises: a first platform; a second platform parallel to and opposite to the first platform, wherein a corresponding one of the stepping trays is disposed between the first platform and the second platform; a first slide connected to one end of the first platform and inclined downward from the end of the first platform toward a corresponding one of the temporary storage devices; and a second slide connected to one end of the second platform and inclined downward from the end of the second platform toward the corresponding one of the temporary storage devices.

4. The transport device for the prepared package as described in claim 3, wherein each of the platform groups further includes two baffles respectively disposed outside the first platform and outside the second platform to limit the drop position of one of the prepared packages.

5. The transport device for the prepared package as described in claim 3, wherein each of the first chute and the second chute tapers from top to bottom.

6. The transport device for the prepared package as described in claim 5, wherein each of the first slides and the second slides is inclined from the outside in.

7. The transport device for the prepared packets as claimed in claim 3, wherein each of the temporary storage devices comprises: a buffer storage box adjacent to a corresponding one of the platform groups and configured to receive and temporarily store the prepared packets; and an adsorption element disposed at the bottom of one of the buffer storage boxes and configured to sequentially adsorb the prepared packets of the buffer storage box.

The transport device for prepared packages as claimed in claim 7, wherein each of the buffer storage boxes includes two blades adjacent to the first slide and the second slide of the corresponding one of the platform groups, and is configured to prevent the prepared packages from tipping over when falling into the buffer storage boxes.

The transport device for the prepared food packets as described in claim 7, wherein after the buffer storage box is filled with a preset number of the prepared food packets, the adsorption element is configured to adsorb the prepared food packets and transport them to one of the corresponding vertical conveyors.

10. The transport device for the prepared packets as claimed in claim 7, wherein each of the vertical conveyors comprises: a horizontal conveying device adjacent to the adsorption element of a corresponding one of the temporary storage devices and configured to transport the prepared packets adsorbed by the adsorption element; and a vertical conveying device downstream of and connected to the horizontal conveying device, wherein the vertical conveying device is configured to receive and transport the prepared packets delivered by the horizontal conveying device.
