Abstract

This invention relates to a detachable fixing device, comprising: a positioning post having a recessed storage chamber on its bottom side and a riveting portion on the outer edge of the storage chamber, and a recessed receiving groove on one side of the post; a base having a disc-shaped base, a first impact portion with a smaller diameter protruding upward from the base and forming a fixing structure through the stamped riveting portion, and a second impact portion with a larger diameter forming downward from the base; an elastic member and a support body, both of which are housed in the receiving groove of the positioning post, and the support body, which is pushed and supported by the elastic member, is partially exposed from the receiving groove. The detachable metal positioning post and metal base are each manufactured using a CNC lathe, which has the advantages of saving manufacturing time and cost.

Claims

1. A detachable fixing device, comprising: A positioning post, the bottom side of which is recessed to form a receiving chamber and a riveting part is formed at the outer edge of the receiving chamber, and a receiving groove is recessed on one side of the post; a base, which includes a disc-shaped base, a first impact part with a smaller diameter that is formed by stamping the riveting part to form a fixed structure on the base, and a second impact part with a larger diameter that is formed on the base; and an elastic member and a support body, both of which are received in the receiving groove of the positioning post, and the support body, which is pushed and supported by the elastic member, is partially exposed from the receiving groove.

2. The detachable fixing device as described in claim 1, wherein the storage chamber of the positioning column and the receiving slot are perpendicular to each other at an angle.

3. The detachable fixing device as described in claim 1, wherein the outer edge of the receiving groove of the positioning post extends inward by stamping to form a stop edge, and the stop edge limits the partial exposure of the supporting body from the receiving groove.

4. The detachable fixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the positioning post is cylindrical and a narrow portion is cut below the outer edge of the post.

The detachable fixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first impact portion of the base is provided with an upwardly protruding head with a smaller diameter, and a concave neck is formed between the head and the first impact portion, and the positioning post is filled in the neck by material cut by stamping to form a riveting fixation.

6. The detachable fixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a recessed fitting groove is formed between the base of the base and the second impact portion.

The detachable fixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second impact portion of the base is used to be riveted to the first through hole of the preset first plate by stamping, and the material of the preset first plate cut by stamping fills the fitting groove to form a riveting fixation.

The detachable fixing device as described in claim 1, wherein the column of the positioning post can extend into the second through hole of the preset second plate, the preset second plate is bent and extended to form a protruding ring portion corresponding to the second through hole and an abutting surface is formed on the top side of the protruding ring portion, and the abutting body provided in the receiving groove of the positioning post extends out and contacts the abutting surface to form a locking fixation.

9. The detachable fixing device as described in claim 1, wherein both the positioning post and the base are made of metal, the metal being stainless steel, and the base having a higher hardness than the positioning post.

10. The detachable fixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the elastic element is composed of a spring; and the supporting system is composed of a metal ball.
