Abstract

A biogas residue recycling device includes a crushing device; a filter tank connected to the crushing device, the filter tank having a first liquid outlet and a first solid outlet; a soaking tank connected to the first solid outlet, the soaking tank having a second liquid outlet and a second solid outlet; a nano-ion water machine connected to the soaking tank; and a biogas collection device connected to the soaking tank. This invention soaks biogas residue in nano-ion water to remove heavy metals and odors, allowing the biogas residue to be recycled into fertilizer as much as possible, achieving a complete resource cycle.

Claims

1. A biogas residue recycling device, comprising: a crushing device for crushing at least one object; a filter tank connected to the crushing device, the filter tank having a first liquid outlet and a first solid outlet, the filter tank filtering out the liquid portion of the object; a soaking tank connected to the first solid outlet, the soaking tank having a second liquid outlet and a second solid outlet; a nano-ion water generator connected to the soaking tank, the nano-ion water generator generating hydroxide-rich nano-ion water to soak the object to dissolve heavy metals contained in the object and generate biogas; and a biogas collection device connected to the soaking tank.

2. The biogas residue recovery device as described in claim 1, wherein the second solids outlet is connected to a composting machine.

3. The biogas residue recycling device as described in claim 1, wherein the first liquid outlet is connected to a liquid fertilizer production module.

4. The biogas residue recovery device as described in claim 1, wherein the crushing device crushes the object to a size of 16 mesh or less.

5. The biogas residue recovery device as described in claim 4, wherein the object is biogas residue.
