Claims
1. A sealing element, comprising: a fixing unit including a stationary ring for locking and fixing to an external mechanism, and an outer sealing ring disposed on the stationary ring, wherein, The stationary ring includes a discharge hole; and a rotating unit, which is located within the fixed unit and sleeved on a rotating shaft of the external mechanism and rotates with the rotating shaft.
