Abstract

One invention relates to a power turret cooling tool holder assembly comprising a base having a shaft hole, multiple return grooves arranged in a spaced-apart ring on both sides of the shaft hole, multiple connecting holes respectively communicating with the return grooves on one side and the other side, an inlet hole communicating with the connecting holes, and an outlet hole communicating with the connecting holes; a bearing having an outer ring fitted with the shaft hole of the base, and an inner ring located within the outer ring and rotating relative to it; and a rotating shaft disposed within the inner ring of the bearing. The return grooves and connecting holes improve the cooling effect. Another invention relates to a power turret cooling tool holder assembly whose base has a shaft hole, a return groove communicating with the shaft hole, two sealing ring grooves respectively located on both sides of the return groove and communicating with the shaft hole, an inlet hole communicating with one end of the return groove, and an outlet hole communicating with the other end of the return groove.

Claims

1. A cooling tool holder assembly for a power turret, disposed on a turret turntable, the cooling tool holder assembly comprising: a body having two perpendicular shaft holes, a plurality of return grooves arranged in a spaced-apart ring on both sides of one of the shaft holes, a plurality of connecting holes respectively communicating with one of the return grooves on the other side, an inlet hole communicating with the connecting holes, and an outlet hole communicating with the connecting holes; four bearings, spaced apart in pairs in each of the shaft holes of the body; each bearing having an outer ring fitted with the shaft hole of the body, and an inner ring located within the outer ring and rotating relative to it; wherein, The return grooves on one side of the base are located around one of the bearings, and the return grooves on the other side of the base are located around the other bearing; two rotating shafts are respectively disposed within the inner rings of the two bearings; two gears are respectively disposed on the two rotating shafts and mesh with each other, so that the two rotating shafts drive each other to rotate; an upper cover is fitted onto the base to seal the return grooves on one side of the base; and a lower cover is fitted onto the base to seal the return grooves on the other side of the base.

2. The cooling tool holder assembly of the power turret as described in claim 1, wherein, The base has a shoulder facing the turret turntable, the inlet and outlet of the base are through the shoulder, and the base has a protrusion forming the shoulder.

3. The cooling tool holder assembly of the power turret as described in claim 1, wherein, The inlet hole comprises multiple holes that are connected and extend to the outer periphery of the base body and are each sealed with a sealing element. The outlet hole comprises multiple holes that are connected and extend to the outer periphery of the base body and are each sealed with a sealing element.
