Abstract

This invention provides a detachable power supply device for an electric-assisted bicycle, housed within a downtube of the bicycle. The detachable power supply device includes a battery holder, a control module, and a battery module. The battery holder is disposed within the downtube. The control module is disposed within the battery holder. The battery module, disposed within the battery holder, has a connection end through which it is detachably connected to the control module, and is electrically connected to the control module. Thus, the control module and the battery module can be securely mounted within the downtube via the battery holder, and the control module and battery module are integrated into a modular structure, allowing the battery module to be removed separately from the downtube or removed together with the control module.

Claims

1. A detachable power supply device for an electric-assisted bicycle, the electric-assisted bicycle comprising a lower tube, the detachable power supply device being housed within the lower tube, comprising: a battery holder disposed within the lower tube; a control module disposed within the battery holder; and a battery module disposed within the battery holder, the battery module having a connection end through which the battery module is detachably connected to the control module, and the battery module being electrically connected to the control module; wherein... The lower tube of the electric-assisted bicycle has a hollow structure; both ends of the lower tube have interconnected openings, or one side of the lower tube has a recessed hole, and a movable cover corresponding to the shape of the hole is provided. The movable cover is detachably installed on the lower tube, so that the battery holder, control module and battery module can be selectively removed from the lower tube at the same time, or the battery module can be removed from the lower tube separately.

The detachable power supply device for an electric-assisted bicycle as described in claim 1, wherein the battery mounting base has a plurality of first mounting holes and a plurality of second mounting holes, the control module is mounted on the battery mounting base by passing through the first mounting holes through the plurality of first fasteners, and the battery module is mounted on the battery mounting base by passing through the second mounting holes through the plurality of second fasteners.

3. The detachable power supply device for an electric-assisted bicycle as described in claim 2, wherein the battery holder further has an adapter hole through which one of the insert ends of the control module passes and is connected to the connection end of the battery module.

4. The detachable power supply device for an electric-assisted bicycle as described in claim 2, wherein the battery holder further has a plurality of third fixing holes through which the battery holder passes to be disposed within the lower tube.

The detachable power supply device for an electric-assisted bicycle as described in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the battery mounting base includes a main mounting base and a secondary mounting base, one end of the control module and one end of the battery module are disposed on the main mounting base, and the other end of the battery module is disposed on the secondary mounting base.
