Abstract

This case discloses a combined structure disposed between a first plate and a second plate, for fixing a clamping member to the first and second plates. The combined structure includes at least one fixing part and a groove. The at least one fixing part protrudes from the first plate and extends along a direction parallel to the normal of the first plate. The groove is recessed in the second plate and has a bottom surface and at least one side wall perpendicular to and surrounding the bottom surface. The at least one fixing part passes through at least one through hole in the clamping member, correspondingly disposed within the groove, and is tightly engaged with the bottom surface and at least one side wall of the groove.

Claims

1. A combined structure disposed between a first plate and a second plate, for fixing a clamping member by the first plate and the second plate, the combined structure comprising: at least one fixing portion protruding from the first plate and extending along a direction parallel to a normal of the first plate; and a groove recessed in the second plate, having a bottom surface and at least one sidewall perpendicular to and surrounding the bottom surface; wherein... One of the grooves has a depth less than the thickness of one of the second plates. The at least one fixing part passes through at least one through hole on the clamping member, is correspondingly disposed in the groove, and is tightly engaged with the bottom surface and the at least one side wall of the groove.

2. The combined structure as described in claim 1, wherein the at least one fixing part is a C-shaped hook structure, and the C-shaped hook structure has a body and two arms, and an accommodating space is defined between the body and the two arms.

The combined structure as described in claim 2, wherein the groove is a circular groove and has a protrusion extending from the at least one side wall toward the center of the groove, and when the C-shaped hook structure is correspondingly disposed in the circular groove, the two arms clamp the two sides of the protrusion and make the protrusion correspondingly disposed in the receiving space.

4. The combined structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one fixing part is a plurality of C-shaped hook structures, each of the C-shaped hook structures having a body and two arms, and an accommodating space is defined between the body and the two arms.

5. The combined structure as described in claim 4, wherein the at least one fixing part is a two C-shaped hook structure, the two C-shaped hook structures being arranged back to back.

The combined structure as described in claim 5, wherein the groove is a circular groove and has two protrusions, the two protrusions being correspondingly disposed with the two C-shaped hook structures, and the two protrusions extending from the at least one side wall toward the center of the groove, wherein when the two C-shaped hook structures are disposed in the circular groove, the two arms of each C-shaped hook structure clamp the two sides of the corresponding protrusion, and each protrusion is correspondingly disposed in each of the receiving spaces.

The combined structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein one of the at least one fixing parts has a groove at its bottom, and the groove is a square groove having a bottom surface and a plurality of sidewalls surrounding the bottom surface, a rib being provided on the bottom surface, and the appearance of the rib corresponding to the groove, wherein when the at least one fixing part is correspondingly disposed in the square groove, the rib is correspondingly disposed in the groove and engages with each other.

The combined structure as described in claim 7, wherein the combined structure further comprises two buffer blocks, wherein when the at least one fixing part is correspondingly disposed in the square groove, the two buffer blocks are respectively disposed on both sides of the at least one fixing part, so as to abut against the plurality of side walls of the square groove together with the at least one fixing part, so that the at least one fixing part is tightly fitted and fixed to the square groove.

11. The combined structure as claimed in claim 1 further includes a connecting layer disposed between the at least one fixing portion and the groove, and the connecting layer is an adhesive layer or a welding layer.
