Abstract

A film-like component includes a first release layer, a second release layer, and a release material layer. The release material layer is located between the first and second release layers. The release material layer is made of polyimide resin, adhesive resin, additives, and solvents. The additives include light-absorbing dyes, defoamers, leveling agents, lubricants, or combinations thereof, enabling the release material layer to be adhered to a process element, and reducing the adhesion of the release material layer to the process element under laser irradiation.

Claims

1. A membrane component, comprising: First release layer; Second release layer; And a release material layer, located between the first release layer and the second release layer, wherein the release material layer is made of a slurry of polyimide resin, adhesive resin, additives and solvents, wherein the additives include light-absorbing dyes, defoamers, leveling agents, lubricants or combinations thereof, such that the release material layer is used to adhere to the process element, and that the adhesion of the release material layer to the process element is reduced under laser irradiation.

2. The film assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein, based on the total weight of the dissociative material layers, the weight proportion of the solvent is greater than the weight proportion of the adhesive resin, and the weight proportion of the adhesive resin is greater than or equal to the weight proportion of the polyimide resin and the weight proportion of the additive.

3. The membrane assembly as claimed in claim 2, wherein, based on the total weight of the dissociative material layers, the solvent accounts for more than 80 wt% by weight, the adhesive resin accounts for between 5 wt% and 10 wt% by weight, and the polyimide resin and the additive both account for less than 5 wt% by weight.

4. The membrane assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the molar ratio of the diamine monomer to the dianhydride monomer of the polyimide resin is from 1:1 to 1:1.

07.

5. The film assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adhesive resin comprises acrylic resin, epoxy resin, or a combination thereof.

6. The film-like component as claimed in claim 1, wherein the light-absorbing dye comprises a carbonyl compound, an azo compound, a sulfur compound, a metal complex, carbon black, silicon dioxide, or a combination thereof.

7. The film assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the materials of the first release layer and the second release layer both include polyethylene terephthalate, polyolefin, release paper, or combinations thereof.

8. The membrane assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the thickness of the dissociative material layer is between 3 micrometers and 100 micrometers.

9. The film assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the thickness of both the first release layer and the second release layer is between 25 micrometers and 175 micrometers.

10. The membrane assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the wavelength of the laser is 355 nanometers or 532 nanometers.
