Abstract
Claims
1. A management system based on log templates and generative AI, comprising: Log collection module; Log template learning module; Aggregation module; Generative AI modules; The system includes a management interface module, wherein the log collection module collects logs corresponding to device resources; the log template learning module learns log templates from the logs; the aggregation module aggregates the logs into log summaries or outlier logs using the log templates, wherein the log summaries include severity level, occurrence percentage, summary content, and device IP, and the aggregation module sorts the log summaries based on the occurrence percentage; the generative AI module obtains analysis results and solution suggestions using the sorted log summaries and outlier logs; and the management interface module displays the log summaries, the outlier logs, the analysis results, and the solution suggestions.
2. The management system as described in claim 1, wherein the device resources include mobile terminal resources, base station resources, MEC resources, core network resources, server resources, and network equipment resources.
3. The management system as described in claim 1, wherein the log template learning module is based on finite tree technology, word frequency technology or generative AI technology to learn the log template from the logs.
4. The management system as described in claim 1, wherein the aggregation module aggregates the logs into the log summary or the outlier log based on time conditions using the log template.
5. The management system as described in Request 1, wherein the generative AI module is based on intelligent log diagnosis and response technology to obtain the analysis results and the solution suggestions using the log summary and the outlier logs.
6. The management system as described in claim 1, wherein the generative AI module is based on intelligent log diagnosis and response technology to generate automated scripts using the outlier logs.
7. The management system as described in claim 6 further includes a script auto-execution module, wherein the script auto-execution module executes the automated script when the aggregation module aggregates the logs into the outlier logs again.

A management method based on log templates and generative AI, suitable for a system including a log collection module, a log template learning module, an aggregation module, a generative AI module, and a control interface module, wherein the management method includes the following steps: the log collection module collects logs corresponding to device resources; the log template learning module learns log templates using the logs; the aggregation module aggregates the logs into log summaries or outlier logs using the log templates, wherein the log summaries include severity level, occurrence percentage, summary content, and device IP, and the aggregation module sorts the log summaries based on the occurrence percentage; the generative AI module obtains analysis results and solution suggestions using the sorted log summaries and outlier logs; and the control interface module displays the log summaries, the outlier logs, the analysis results, and the solution suggestions.
9. The management method as described in Request 8 further includes the following steps: The generative AI module uses intelligent log diagnosis and response technology to generate automated scripts using the outlier logs.

The management method as described in claim 9, wherein the system further includes a script auto-execution module, and wherein the management method further includes the following steps: when the aggregation module aggregates the logs into the outlier logs again, the script auto-execution module executes the automated script.
