Abstract

This invention proposes a walking stick comprising a stick body assembly, a handle, and a base assembly. The stick body assembly has a top end and a bottom end opposite to each other, and the handle is disposed at the top end of the stick body assembly. The base assembly is disposed at the bottom end of the stick body assembly. The base assembly has a lower plate and an upper plate. The lower plate is elastic and forms multiple engagement holes. The upper plate has multiple engaging members. The engaging members pass through the engagement holes, thereby engaging the upper plate and the lower plate. Each engaging member has an engaging rod and an engaging head, the engaging rod passing through the engagement hole, and the engaging head protruding from the bottom surface of the lower plate. The engaging head is elastic and forms multiple spaced-apart, downwardly extending lobes. The base assembly of this invention can better conform to the terrain, increase the grip area, further increase the grip force, and improve the anti-slip effect.

Claims

1. A walking stick, comprising: a stick body assembly having a top end and a bottom end opposite to each other; a handle disposed at the top end of the stick body assembly; and a base assembly disposed at the bottom end of the stick body assembly, the base assembly having: a lower plate having a top surface and a bottom surface and having a plurality of connecting holes therethrough, and the lower plate being elastic; and an upper plate disposed at the top surface of the lower plate, the upper plate having a top surface, a bottom surface, and a plurality of connecting members, the connecting members being connected to the bottom surface and respectively passing through the connecting holes, thereby the upper plate and the lower plate engaging with each other; each connecting member having: a connecting rod having one end connected to the bottom surface of the upper plate and passing through one of the connecting holes; and a connecting head having the other end connected to the connecting rod and protruding from the bottom surface of the lower plate, the connecting head being elastic and forming a plurality of lobes, the lobes being spaced apart from each other and extending downward.

2. The walking stick as described in claim 1, wherein, The lower plate further has: a ring wall disposed around the periphery of the lower plate and surrounding the bottom surface, and the ring wall extending downward.

3. The walking stick as described in claim 1, wherein, The bottom surface of the chassis has multiple anti-slip units arranged along the circumferential direction of the chassis.

4. The walking stick as described in claim 3, wherein, Each anti-slip unit on the lower plate is a groove.

5. The walking stick as described in claim 3, wherein, Each anti-slip unit of the lower plate is a fin and has elasticity.

6. The walking stick as described in claim 1, wherein, The lower plate has multiple lower plate segments and a lower plate center portion. The lower plate segments are connected to the periphery of the lower plate center portion and are spaced apart from each other. Each lower plate segment extends radially outward from the periphery of the lower plate center portion and bends along the circumferential direction of the lower plate.

7. The walking stick as described in claim 6, wherein, The upper plate has multiple upper plate segments and an upper plate center portion. The upper plate segments are connected to the periphery of the upper plate center portion and are spaced apart from each other. Each upper plate segment extends radially outward from the periphery of the upper plate center portion and bends along the circumferential direction of the upper plate. The bending direction of the upper plate segments of the upper plate is the same as the bending direction of the lower plate segments of the lower plate.

8. The walking stick as described in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein, The cane assembly includes: an outer tube, the upper end of which is the top end of the cane assembly, and a first fastening portion disposed on the outer tube; and an inner rod, which is movably inserted into the outer tube, the lower end of which is the bottom end of the cane assembly, and a second fastening portion disposed on the lower end of the inner rod; the first fastening portion and the second fastening portion are detachably engaged with each other, thereby fixing the inner rod within the outer tube.

9. The walking stick as described in claim 8, wherein, The cane assembly further includes: a limiting member disposed on the outer tube and movable along the length of the outer tube; a locking member disposed on the limiting member, the locking member fixing the position of the limiting member relative to the outer tube; and an abutment member fixed to the inner rod and movable with the inner rod relative to the outer tube, the abutment member being detachably abutting against the limiting member, thereby limiting the movement distance of the inner rod relative to the outer tube.

10. The walking stick as described in claim 9, wherein, The cane assembly further includes: a fixing member movably inserted through the wall of the outer tube, one end of the fixing member being detachably inserted through the abutment member, thereby fixing the length of the inner rod protruding from the outer tube.

11. The walking stick as described in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein, The handle comprises: a body having: a U-shaped curved portion with two arms; a connecting portion connected to one of the arms of the curved portion and to the top of the cane assembly; and a grip strap having its two ends connected to the two arms of the curved portion respectively.

12. The walking stick as described in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein, The handle has: a mounting hole that extends through the handle and forms two openings, the two openings being located on opposite sides of the handle; and a light-emitting element disposed in the mounting hole.

13. The cane as claimed in claim 12, further comprising: two lamp covers, each detachably covering the two openings of the mounting hole.

14. The cane as described in any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising: a heater disposed on the handle.

15. The walking stick as described in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein, The lower plate further forms a bulge, which is located in the center of the bottom surface and protrudes downward.
