Abstract

This application discloses a liquid-cooled heat dissipation system, comprising a liquid-cooled heat dissipation device including a housing, a first water cooler, a second water cooler, and a water pump. The first water cooler, the second water cooler, and the water pump are housed within the housing. Each water cooler includes a radiator and a fan. The radiator includes an inlet channel and an outlet channel; the inlet channel connects to the outlet channel. The water pump includes an outlet pipe and an inlet pipe; the outlet pipe connects to the inlet channel, and the inlet pipe connects to the outlet channel. After the fluid enters the inlet channel, a portion of the fluid is cooled by the first water cooler, while the remaining portion is cooled by the second water cooler. This design not only results in a compact structure and small size but also improves overall heat dissipation efficiency.

Claims

1. A liquid-cooled heat dissipation system, comprising: A liquid-cooled heat dissipation device includes: a housing; a first water cooler disposed within the housing, the first water cooler including a first water radiator and at least one first fan disposed on the side of the first water radiator, the first water radiator including a first water inlet channel and a first water outlet channel; a second water cooler disposed within the housing, the second water cooler including a second water radiator and at least one second fan disposed on the side of the second water radiator, the second water radiator including a second water inlet channel and a second water outlet channel, the second water inlet channel communicating with the first water inlet channel, the second water outlet channel communicating with the first water outlet channel; and a water pump disposed within the housing, the water pump including an outlet pipe and an inlet pipe, the outlet pipe communicating with the first water inlet channel, the inlet pipe communicating with the first water outlet channel; After one fluid flows into the first inlet channel, a portion of the fluid is cooled by the first water radiator and flows out from the first outlet channel, while the other portion of the fluid is cooled by the second water radiator through the second inlet channel and then flows out from the second outlet channel; and a manifold device, which is stacked with the liquid-cooled heat dissipation device.

The liquid-cooled heat dissipation system as described in claim 1, wherein the liquid-cooled heat dissipation device further includes a water storage tank disposed in the box, the water storage tank including an outlet pipe and an inlet pipe, the outlet pipe being connected to the inlet pipe of the water pump, and the inlet pipe being connected to the first outlet flow channel of the first water cooling radiator.

The liquid-cooled heat dissipation system as described in claim 1, wherein the water pump includes a first water pump unit, a second water pump unit, and a water supply pipe connecting the first water pump unit and the second water pump unit, the first water pump unit being connected to the water outlet pipe, and the second water pump unit being connected to the water inlet pipe.

The liquid-cooled heat dissipation system as described in claim 1, wherein the liquid-cooled heat dissipation device further includes a third water cooler disposed in the housing, the third water cooler including a third water cooling radiator and at least one third fan disposed on the side of the third water cooling radiator, the third water cooling radiator including a third water inlet channel and a third water outlet channel, the third water inlet channel communicating with the second water inlet channel, and the third water outlet channel communicating with the second water outlet channel.

5. The liquid-cooled heat dissipation system as described in claim 4, wherein the first water cooler, the second water cooler, and the third water cooler are arranged in parallel.

6. The liquid-cooled heat dissipation system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the manifold assembly includes a housing, an inlet main water line, an outlet main water line, and a plurality of branch pipe assemblies.

The liquid-cooled heat dissipation system as described in claim 6, wherein the main water inlet pipeline includes an inlet pipe and an inlet branch pipe, one end of the inlet pipe is connected to the inlet branch pipe, and the other end of the inlet pipe is connected to the outlet pipeline of the water pump.

The liquid-cooled heat dissipation system as described in claim 7, wherein the main water outlet pipeline includes an outlet pipe and an outlet branch pipe, one end of the outlet pipe is connected to the outlet branch pipe, and the other end of the outlet pipe is connected to the first water inlet channel of the first water cooler.

The liquid-cooled heat dissipation system as claimed in claim 8, wherein the inlet water branch pipe is provided with a plurality of first branch connectors, the outlet water branch pipe is provided with a plurality of second branch connectors, each branch pipe assembly includes an inlet water branch pipe, an outlet water branch pipe and a water cooling plate, one end of the inlet water branch pipe and the outlet water branch pipe are respectively connected to the water cooling plate, the other end of the inlet water branch pipe is connected to one of the first branch connectors, and the other end of the outlet water branch pipe is connected to one of the second branch connectors.
