Abstract

A display circuit includes a light-emitting element, a temperature sensing circuit, and a pixel circuit. A first terminal of the light-emitting element is coupled to a first node, and a second terminal of the light-emitting element receives a system high voltage. The temperature sensing circuit includes a first transistor and a second transistor. A first terminal of the first transistor is coupled to the first node, and a second terminal of the first transistor is coupled to a data signal line. A control terminal of the first transistor receives a sensing signal. A first terminal of the second transistor is coupled to the first terminal of the first transistor. A control terminal of the second transistor receives a reset signal or a light-emitting control signal, and a second terminal of the second transistor receives an initial voltage. The temperature sensing circuit is used to sense the temperature of the light-emitting element during temperature sensing between a first display phase and a second display phase of the pixel circuit.
