Abstract

This invention proposes an automatic dilution system comprising a mixing container, a dilution valve, a first valve, a second valve, a weight sensor, and a controller. It can monitor weight changes in real time during the dilution process, control the injection time and sequence of the diluent and the original solution based on a calculated and set weight, and determine whether the mixed solution falls within the allowable range by allowing it to stand and then re-measuring the weight. If the weight value is abnormal, the system can immediately stop the process or issue an error warning, eliminating the need for manual identification and correction. This aims to solve the problem of not being able to immediately confirm whether abnormalities have occurred during the preparation process, and the inefficiency caused by the need for manual re-identification and adjustment when errors occur.
