Abstract

A remote animal medical interaction and insurance assistance system includes a medical record module and an insurance module. The medical record module comprises a pet electronic record unit, a treatment process update unit, and a medical device management unit. The pet electronic record unit receives physiological data transmitted from a monitoring device to generate estimated diagnostic data, integrates the physiological data and estimated diagnostic data to generate the pet's electronic record, and transmits it to the monitoring device and the treatment process update unit. When the medical device management unit receives a consent signal for treatment transmitted from the monitoring device, it generates treatment record data and transmits it to the treatment process update unit to update the pet's electronic record. The insurance module generates insurance recommendation data, including multiple suggested policies, based on the updated pet electronic record and transmits it to the monitoring device. This system not only helps pet owners conveniently insure their pets and subsequently file claims, but also, due to the information from the pet's electronic medical record, can resolve underwriting risks for insurance companies and moral hazard issues between veterinary hospitals and pet owners.

Claims

1. A remote animal medical interaction and insurance assistance system, comprising: A medical record module includes a pet electronic record unit, a treatment process update unit, and a medical device management unit. The pet electronic record unit receives physiological data transmitted from a monitoring device to generate a predicted diagnosis, integrates the physiological data and the predicted diagnosis to create a pet electronic record, and transmits it to the monitoring device and the treatment process update unit. Upon receiving a consent signal from the monitoring device, the medical device management unit generates a treatment record and transmits it to the treatment process update unit to update the pet electronic record, ensuring the updated pet electronic record reflects the patient's condition. The sub-record includes treatment record data, which includes one or more of the medical equipment used in the treatment, the treatment time, and images of the treatment process; and an insurance module, which includes a risk analysis unit. The insurance module is used to generate insurance recommendation data including a plurality of recommended policies based on the updated pet electronic record and transmit it to the monitoring device. The risk analysis unit is used to analyze the updated pet electronic record to generate a risk index and suspicious treatment behavior data, and transmit the risk index and suspicious treatment behavior data to a management device of an insurance company that provides the insurance recommendation data.

The remote animal medical interaction and insurance assistance system as described in claim 1, wherein the insurance module compares the updated pet electronic resume with multiple candidate insurance policies to select the insurance recommendation information that includes the recommended policies from the candidate policies.

3. The remote animal medical interaction and insurance assistance system as described in claim 1, wherein the treatment record data includes the medical equipment used by the veterinarian to perform the treatment, the treatment time, and images of the treatment process.

The remote animal medical interaction and insurance assistance system as described in claim 1, wherein the insurance module is used to transmit the updated pet electronic record to the management device after receiving a verification request signal from a management device of an insurance company that provides the insurance recommendation information.

The remote animal medical interaction and insurance assistance system as described in claim 1 further includes a medical ethics warning module, which is used to analyze the updated pet electronic record and generate a review request signal when it finds that the updated pet electronic record meets specific conditions of abnormal medical behavior, and transmits it to a management device of an insurance company that provides the insurance recommendation information.

The remote animal medical interaction and insurance assistance system as described in claim 1, wherein the insurance module is used to receive an insurance selection signal transmitted by the monitoring device, and select one of the suggested insurance policies according to the insurance selection signal, so as to perform an insurance procedure for the selected suggested insurance policy.

The remote animal medical interaction and insurance assistance system as described in claim 6, wherein the insurance module generates a claimable item and a claimable amount calculation result based on the selected suggested policy and the updated pet electronic record, and transmits it to the monitoring device.

8. The remote animal medical interaction and insurance assistance system as described in claim 6 further includes a feedback management module, which calculates a feedback payment based on the selected recommended policy after the insurance application is completed, and issues the feedback payment to a clinic corresponding to the updated pet electronic resume.

The remote animal medical interaction and insurance assistance system as described in claim 6 further includes a digital signal processing module, which receives the physiological data and generates an insurance warning signal when the physiological data is abnormal, and transmits it to the insurance module, so that the insurance module can cancel the selected recommended insurance policy or adjust the insurance items of the selected recommended insurance policy according to the insurance warning signal.
