Abstract

A bubble generating apparatus and reaction tank device for wet processes are disclosed. The bubble generating apparatus includes a cover plate unit and at least one flow guiding unit. The cover plate unit includes at least one cover plate and a plurality of vent holes. The cover plate has a first surface and a second surface, and the vent holes penetrate the cover plate. The flow guiding unit is disposed on the second surface, and each flow guiding unit has a gas guiding groove, a gas splitter, and a plurality of gas guiding holes. The gas guiding groove extends along a flow channel direction and defines a gas flow channel. The gas guiding holes are formed on the sidewall of the gas guiding groove and communicate with the gas flow channel. The gas splitter is disposed in the gas flow channel and located at the middle position of the gas flow channel along the flow channel direction, for diverting a gas from the middle position of the gas flow channel to both ends of the gas flow channel.

Claims

1. A bubble generating apparatus for a wet process, comprising: a cover plate unit including at least one cover plate and a plurality of air outlets, the cover plate having a first surface and a second surface, the air outlets being through the cover plate and spaced apart from each other; and at least one flow guiding unit disposed on the second surface of the cover plate, each flow guiding unit having a gas guiding groove, a gas diverting member and a plurality of gas guiding holes, the gas guiding groove extending along a flow channel direction and defining a gas flow channel, the gas guiding holes being spaced apart on the sidewall of the gas guiding groove and communicating with the gas flow channel, the gas diverting member being disposed in the gas flow channel and located at the middle position of the gas flow channel along the flow channel direction, for diverting a gas delivered to each flow guiding unit from the middle position to both ends of the gas flow channel.

2. The bubble generating apparatus for wet processes as described in claim 1 further includes at least one gas supply line connected to the gas distribution element of each flow guiding unit for delivering the gas to the gas distribution element.

3. The bubble generating apparatus for wet processes as described in claim 2, wherein, The total area of the openings of these air vents is equal to or less than the total cross-sectional area of at least one of the air supply lines.

4. The bubble generating apparatus for wet processes as described in claim 1, wherein, The cover plate also has multiple air guide grooves recessed on the second surface, and the air outlets are respectively disposed in the air guide grooves.

5. The bubble generating apparatus for wet processes as described in claim 1, wherein, The air guide holes and the air outlet holes have a relative positional relationship, which means that the air guide holes and the air outlet holes are alternately distributed along the flow channel direction or aligned with each other along the flow channel direction.

6. The bubble generating apparatus for wet processes as described in claim 5, wherein, The cover plate also has a plurality of air guide grooves recessed on the second surface, and the positions of these air guide grooves along the flow channel direction correspond to the positions of each of the air guide holes.

7. The bubble generating apparatus for wet processes as described in claim 1, wherein, The cover plate unit also includes a support frame that encloses at least one of the cover plates.

8. The bubble generating apparatus for wet processes as described in claim 1, further comprising a leveling mechanism disposed in the cover plate unit for adjusting the tilt angle of the cover plate, wherein a first surface of the cover plate remains parallel to a horizontal plane.

9. A reaction tank apparatus for a wet process, comprising: a reaction tank; and a bubble generating device as described in any one of claims 1 to 8, disposed within the reaction tank.

10. The reaction vessel equipment for wet processes as described in claim 9, wherein, The bubble generating device includes at least one cover plate and a horizontal adjustment mechanism, which is used to adjust the tilt angle of the cover plate so that the first surface of at least one of the cover plates remains parallel to a horizontal plane.
