Abstract

This invention provides a solenoid valve device with sensing function, comprising: a solenoid valve having a solenoid valve coil and a valve core, wherein the solenoid valve coil generates a magnetic force to displace the valve core; a valve body having an inlet and an outlet, forming a liquid flow channel, the valve core being disposed in the valve body for controlling the opening and closing of the liquid flow channel; and a sensing element coupled to the valve body for sensing an open or closed state of the solenoid valve. This solenoid valve device with sensing function, through a sensing element disposed in the valve body, can instantly sense the open or closed state of the solenoid valve, thereby improving the accuracy and reliability of system control.

Claims

1. A solenoid valve device with sensing function, comprising: a solenoid valve having a solenoid valve coil and a valve core, wherein the solenoid valve coil generates a magnetic force to displace the valve core; a valve body having an inlet and an outlet, forming a liquid flow channel, the valve core being disposed in the valve body for controlling the opening and closing of the liquid flow channel; a linkage rod disposed in the valve body; a replaceable sensing element mounting slot disposed on the valve body; and a sensing element disposed in the replaceable sensing element mounting slot and located outside the valve body, the sensing element being coupled to the linkage rod for sensing an open or closed state of the solenoid valve based on the valve core and the linkage rod.

The solenoid valve device with sensing function as described in claim 1, wherein the sensing element is a contact switch sensor disposed below the valve body and the linkage rod, and when the valve core moves downward to the predetermined position and contacts or approaches the linkage rod, the sensing element is triggered to output a sensing signal.

3. The solenoid valve device with sensing function as described in claim 1, wherein the linkage extends along one axial direction of the valve body and passes through the central region of one liquid flow channel, and the end of the linkage corresponds to the bottom of the valve core.

4. The solenoid valve device with sensing function as described in claim 1, wherein the sensing element is a water pressure sensing element, used to sense the change in water pressure in the liquid flow channel, so as to determine the open or closed state of the solenoid valve.

The solenoid valve device with sensing function as described in claim 1, wherein a sensing signal output by the sensing element is transmitted to a central control unit, which uses the central control unit to determine whether the solenoid valve has been successfully opened or closed based on the sensing signal.

The solenoid valve device with sensing function as described in claim 5, wherein the central control unit is a liquid-cooled module, and when the liquid-cooled module receives the sensing signal indicating that the solenoid valve has not completed the predetermined action, it controls the closure of a corresponding coolant circulation branch and executes a fault handling procedure.

7. The solenoid valve device with sensing function as described in claim 1, wherein the solenoid valve device with sensing function is disposed in a data center cooling system and configured between a servo module and a coolant main pipe, for controlling the opening or closing of a cooling branch of the servo module.

8. The solenoid valve device with sensing function as described in claim 1, wherein the linkage rod is made of high-strength plastic or corrosion-resistant metal and is provided with a waterproof sealing structure to prevent liquid from seeping into the valve body or the sensing element.
