Abstract

This invention relates to a pedestrian crossing warning device, comprising: a first main body having a first opening on one side and a first receiving space formed therein, wherein the first opening is connected to the first receiving space; a second main body disposed on the first main body and in contact with the first receiving space, wherein a first groove and a second groove are formed at intervals on one side of the second main body opposite to the first receiving space, thereby defining a second receiving space and a third receiving space between the second main body and the second receiving space; a sensor disposed in the second receiving space, comprising: a first sensing component and a second sensing component; and a warning light assembly disposed in the third receiving space, comprising: a first warning light and a second warning light.

Claims

1. A pedestrian crossing warning device, comprising: a first main body having a first opening on one side and a first receiving space formed inside the first main body, wherein the first opening communicates with the first receiving space; a second main body disposed on the side of the first main body where the first opening is formed and in contact with the first receiving space, wherein a first groove and a second groove are formed at intervals on the side of the second main body opposite to the first receiving space, respectively defining a second receiving space and a third receiving space between the second main body and the second receiving space; and a sensor disposed in the second receiving space, comprising: A first sensing component sends a signal to a first sensing range to confirm whether a pedestrian exists within the first sensing range, and sends a first signal after detecting a pedestrian; and a second sensing component sends a signal to a second sensing range to confirm whether a vehicle exists within the second sensing range, and sends a second signal after detecting a vehicle, wherein the second sensing range is different from the first sensing range; and a warning light assembly is disposed in the third accommodating space, comprising: a first warning light connected to the first sensing component to receive the first signal and illuminate a first light in the direction of the first sensing range; and a second warning light connected to the second sensing component to receive the second signal and illuminate a second light in the direction of the second sensing range.

The pedestrian crossing warning device as described in claim 1, wherein a horizontal reference plane is used as a plane parallel to the ground, the illumination direction of the first light forms an angle θ1 with the horizontal reference plane, and the illumination direction of the second light forms an angle θ2 with the horizontal reference plane, wherein 90°>θ1≥30°, 60°≥θ2>0°, and θ1>θ2.

The pedestrian crossing warning device as described in claim 1, wherein the second signal includes: a first warning signal, a second warning signal, or a braking command that can be received by a vehicle communication system, and the operation of the second sensing component includes: (S1) sensing whether a vehicle has entered the second sensing range, wherein: If not, after a preset sensing time interval, repeat step (S1); and if yes, proceed to step (S2); (S2) sense whether the straight-line distance between the vehicle and the sensor is < a preset value A, wherein: if not, send the first warning signal, and after the preset sensing time interval, repeat step (S1); and if yes, proceed to step (S3); and (S3) sense whether the straight-line distance between the vehicle and the sensor is < a preset value B, wherein the preset value B is < the preset value A, wherein: if not, send the second warning signal, and after the preset sensing time interval, repeat step (S1); and if yes, send the braking command, and after the preset sensing time interval, repeat step (S1).

The pedestrian crossing warning device as described in claim 3, wherein: Upon receiving the first warning signal, the second warning light illuminates the second light with a first preset light intensity, a first preset light color, and a first preset illumination mode; and upon receiving the second warning signal, the second warning light illuminates the second light with a second preset light intensity, a second preset light color, and a second preset illumination mode, wherein the second preset light intensity is greater than or equal to the first preset light intensity, the second preset light color is the same as or different from the first preset light color, and the second preset illumination mode is different from the first preset illumination mode.

5. The pedestrian crossing warning device as described in claim 3, wherein: The longest straight-line distance between the second sensing range and the sensor is 2.5 to 3.5 m, the preset value A is 0.8 to 1.5 m, and the preset value B is 0.25 to 0.5 m.

The pedestrian crossing warning device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising: a piezoelectric sensor, one end of which is disposed in the first receiving space, and the other end which extends from the first receiving space through the second body to one side of the second body opposite to the first receiving space, wherein the piezoelectric sensor can receive pressure and generate alternating current; a rectifier connected to the end of the piezoelectric sensor in contact with the first receiving space to convert the alternating current into direct current; and a battery disposed in the first receiving space and electrically connected to the rectifier to receive the direct current and store it as electrical energy, wherein: The battery is electrically connected to the sensor and the warning light assembly respectively, so as to transmit the electrical energy to the sensor and the warning light assembly.

The pedestrian crossing warning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the warning light assembly comprises: a third body; a third groove formed on one side of the third body; a fourth groove formed inside the third body and communicating with the third groove, wherein the opening size of the fourth groove gradually decreases from one end of the fourth groove connected to the third groove to the other end, and a first warning light is disposed in the fourth groove and located near one end of the fourth groove relative to the third groove; a fifth groove formed at intervals from the fourth groove inside the third body and communicating with the third groove, wherein the opening size of the fifth groove gradually decreases from one end of the fifth groove connected to the third groove to the other end, and a second warning light is disposed in the fifth groove and located near one end of the fifth groove relative to the third groove; and a color filter disposed in the third groove to cover the fourth groove and the fifth groove.

The pedestrian crossing warning device as described in claim 1, wherein the raw materials comprising the first body include: a main material, comprising: slag, clay, alumina, quartz sand, clay, or glass powder; and a flux, comprising: borax (Na₂B₄O₇·10H₂O), calcite (CaCO₃), soda ash (Na₂CO₃), orthoclase (KAlSi₃O₈), albite (NaAlSi₃O₈), talc (Mg₃Si₄O₁₀(OH)₂), dolomite (CaMg(CO₃)₂), barite (BaSO₄), lead oxide (PbO), fluorite (CaF₂), or boric acid (H₃BO₃).

A pedestrian crossing warning system comprising: a pedestal; The plural pedestrian crossing warning device is provided at interspaced intervals with the zebra crossing on the same side of the pedestal and corresponding to each of the horizontal stripes such that the short side position of the same side of each horizontal stripe is provided with the pedestrian crossing warning device, wherein the pedestrian crossing warning device comprises: a first subject forming a first opening on one side, and a first holding space in the interior of the first body, wherein the first space opening is connected to the passing space; a second body is disposed on a side of the first body forming having the first opening and in contact with the first holding space, wherein a first recess, and a second recess are formed at interspaced intervals with respect to the side of the first holding space, to demarcate a second holding space, and a third holding space, respectively, with the second body; a first sensing assembly that transmits a signal to a first sensing range to confirm the presence of a pedestrian within that first sensing range and after sensing a pedestrian a first signal, wherein the first sensing range extends from the direction of the pedestrian crossing the warning device toward the zebra crossing; a second sensing assembly that transmits a signal to a second sensing range to confirm the presence of a traffic vehicle in the second sensing range and after sensing the traffic vehicle, wherein the second sensing range extends from the pedestrian crossing the warning device in a direction relative to the zebra crossing; a first warning light is connected with a signal of the first sensing assembly to receive the first signal and shine a first light in the direction of that first sensing range; 10. The pedestrian crossing warning system of claim 9, wherein the first signal comprises: a first wireless signal, a second wireless signal, and a third wireless signal, and the first sensing assembly comprises: a first sensing unit that transmits the first wireless signal toward the horizontal stripe closest to the pedestrian crossing warning device; A third sensing unit transmits the third wireless signal toward another such horizontal stripe on the other side adjacent to the horizontal stripe closest to the pedestrian crossing warning device.
