Abstract
Claims
1. An electrocardiogram (ECG) analysis system, comprising: an ECG patch; an ECG measuring device connected to the ECG patch for measuring a patient's real-time ECG; and an ECG recording gateway wirelessly connected to the ECG measuring device, wherein the ECG recording gateway includes a screen for displaying the patient's real-time ECG and displaying an ECG analysis report on the screen, wherein the ECG analysis report includes an ECG comparison report, wherein the ECG comparison report includes an ST segment comparison report, and the ST segment comparison report includes: an anterior wall ECG comparison group; an inferior wall ECG comparison group displayed on one side of the anterior wall ECG comparison group; and a lateral wall ECG comparison group displayed on one side of the inferior wall ECG comparison group.
2. The electrocardiogram analysis system as described in claim 1 further includes: an electrocardiogram analysis server connected to the electrocardiogram recording gateway via a network to generate an electrocardiogram comparison report based on the patient's real-time electrocardiogram and the patient's previous electrocardiograms.
3. The electrocardiogram analysis system as described in claim 2, wherein the screen of the electrocardiogram recording gateway includes a touch screen.
4. The electrocardiogram analysis system as claimed in claim 2, wherein the electrocardiogram recording gateway comprises: a continuous electrocardiogram comparison report selector formed on the electrocardiogram recording gateway for medical personnel to select the display of the electrocardiogram comparison report; and an ST strip comparison chart selector formed on the electrocardiogram recording gateway for medical personnel to select the display of the ST strip comparison chart report.
5. The electrocardiogram analysis system as claimed in claim 4, wherein the electrocardiogram recording gateway further comprises: an ST-strip selector formed on the electrocardiogram recording gateway for medical personnel to select and display an ST-strip report; and an electrocardiogram trend analysis selector formed on the electrocardiogram recording gateway for medical personnel to select and display an electrocardiogram trend analysis report.
6. The electrocardiogram analysis system as claimed in claim 5, wherein the electrocardiogram recording gateway further comprises: a next measurement timer displayed on the electrocardiogram recording gateway to display the time of the next automatic initiation of electrocardiogram measurement; and an immediate initiation electrocardiogram measurement selector formed on the electrocardiogram recording gateway for medical personnel to select to directly initiate electrocardiogram measurement.
7. The electrocardiogram analysis system as claimed in claim 6, wherein the electrocardiogram recording gateway further comprises: a latest electrocardiogram selector formed on the electrocardiogram recording gateway for medical personnel to select and display a latest electrocardiogram report; and a reference electrocardiogram selector formed on the electrocardiogram recording gateway for medical personnel to select and display a reference electrocardiogram.
8. The electrocardiogram (ECG) analysis system as claimed in claim 7, wherein the ECG recording gateway further comprises: an anterior and septal ECG group selector formed on the ECG recording gateway for a medical personnel to select and display an anterior and septal ECG; an inferior ECG group selector formed on the ECG recording gateway for a medical personnel to select and display an inferior ECG; and a lateral ECG group selector formed on the ECG recording gateway for a medical personnel to select and display a lateral ECG.
9. The electrocardiogram analysis system as claimed in claim 8, wherein the electrocardiogram recording gateway further comprises: an electrocardiogram display area formed on the electrocardiogram recording gateway for real-time display of the anterior and diaphragmatic electrocardiograms of the heart, the inferior wall electrocardiogram of the heart, or the lateral wall electrocardiogram of the heart, according to the selection of a medical personnel.
10. The electrocardiogram analysis system as claimed in claim 9, wherein the electrocardiogram recording gateway further includes: a high-risk display area formed on the electrocardiogram recording gateway to alert medical personnel in the event of a cardiac emergency in the patient.
11. An electrocardiogram (ECG) analysis method, comprising: attaching an ECG patch; setting ECG recording gate data; recording an ECG for a predetermined time; generating an ECG analysis report; recording an ECG again; and generating an ECG comparison report, wherein the ECG comparison report is generated by comparing a patient's real-time ECG with the patient's previous ECG, wherein the ECG comparison report includes an ST segment comparison report, and the ST segment comparison report includes: an anterior wall ECG comparison group; an inferior wall ECG comparison group displayed on one side of the anterior wall ECG comparison group; and a lateral wall ECG comparison group displayed on one side of the inferior wall ECG comparison group.
12. The electrocardiogram analysis method as described in claim 11, wherein the electrocardiogram comparison report includes a comparison report of ischemia-related electrocardiogram changes.
13. The electrocardiogram analysis method as described in claim 11 further includes, between the steps of generating an electrocardiogram analysis report and re-recording the electrocardiogram, determining whether a ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction pattern (STEMI) or a STEMI equivalent event exists, wherein, The STEMI or STEMI equivalent event includes terminal T-wave inversion, complete T-wave inversion, or high-peaked T-wave.
14. The electrocardiogram analysis method as described in claim 13 further includes issuing an alert if it is determined that the STEMI or an equivalent event exists.
15. The electrocardiogram analysis method as described in claim 14 further includes: notifying relevant medical personnel to perform percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).
16. The electrocardiogram analysis method as described in claim 15, wherein re-recording the electrocardiogram includes: re-recording the patient's real-time electrocardiogram at regular intervals, or manually initiating the recording of the patient's real-time electrocardiogram in real time.
17. The electrocardiogram analysis method as described in claim 16 further includes: determining whether the electrocardiogram (ECG) change notification criteria are met.
18. The electrocardiogram analysis method as described in claim 17 further includes: issuing an alert; and notifying medical personnel to review the ECG analysis report and the ECG comparison report.
