Abstract

A wastewater treatment system includes a first treatment unit, a communication unit, and a liquid valve unit. The first treatment unit includes a first tank, a first partition plate disposed within the first tank to divide its interior into a top tank and a bottom tank, and a gas valve controlling whether the bottom tank is gas-connected to the outside. The communication unit includes a connecting pipe fluidly connecting the top tank and the bottom tank, and a connecting pipe fluidly connecting the bottom tank and the connecting pipe. The liquid valve unit includes a liquid valve assembly disposed on the connecting pipe and a control liquid valve disposed on the connecting pipe. This invention can agitate the liquid in the bottom tank without requiring additional driving force, offering advantages such as environmental friendliness and energy saving.

Claims

1. A wastewater treatment system, comprising: a first treatment unit, including a first tank, a first partition plate disposed within the first tank to separate the interior of the first tank into a top tank portion and a bottom tank portion that are not directly connected to each other, and a gas valve disposed on the first tank, the gas valve being capable of controlling whether the bottom tank portion is gas-connected to the outside; a communication unit, including a connecting pipe fluidly connected between the top tank portion and the bottom tank portion, and a connecting pipe fluidly connected between the bottom tank portion and the connecting pipe; and a liquid valve unit, including a liquid valve assembly disposed on the connecting pipe, and a control liquid valve disposed on the connecting pipe; wherein... The first partition extends at an angle from top to bottom.

2. The wastewater treatment system as described in claim 1, wherein, The connecting pipe includes a top pipe section that connects to the top trench section, a bottom pipe section that connects to the bottom trench section, and a middle pipe section that connects the top pipe section and the bottom pipe section, and the connecting pipe connects to the middle pipe section.

3. The wastewater treatment system as described in claim 2, wherein, The first partition plate includes a top plate end and a bottom plate end, the top pipe is lower than the top plate end and higher than the bottom plate end, the connecting pipe is lower than the bottom plate end, and the air valve is lower than the top plate end and higher than the bottom plate end.

4. The wastewater treatment system as described in claim 2, wherein, The valve assembly includes a first valve located in the top pipe section and a second valve located in the middle pipe section.

5. The wastewater treatment system as claimed in claim 1 further includes an inlet unit disposed at the top of the first tank, the inlet unit being in fluid communication with the bottom of the bottom tank.

6. The wastewater treatment system as claimed in claim 1 further includes a second treatment unit in fluid communication with the top tank section. The second treatment unit includes a second tank body and a second partition plate extending vertically within the second tank body. The second partition plate divides the interior of the second tank body into a transversely arranged inlet tank section and an outlet tank section, and a communication port connecting the inlet tank section and the outlet tank section. The outlet tank section includes an outlet section and a deceleration section communicating vertically. The deceleration section is wider at the top and narrower at the bottom, and communicates with the inlet tank section through the communication port.

7. The wastewater treatment system as described in claim 6, wherein, The inlet channel includes an inlet section and a narrowed section extending downward from the inlet section. The inlet section is connected to the deceleration section of the outlet channel through the communication port.

8. The wastewater treatment system as described in claim 7, wherein, The second channel includes a bottom channel wall located below the narrow section, and several first inclined channel walls extending upward from the bottom channel wall in opposite directions, the first inclined channel walls cooperating with the bottom channel wall to define the narrow section.

9. The wastewater treatment system as described in claim 8, wherein, The second groove also includes a second inclined groove wall located below the deceleration section. The second inclined groove wall is connected to one of the first inclined groove walls, and the slope of the second inclined groove wall is different from the slope of the corresponding first inclined groove wall.

10. The wastewater treatment system as described in claim 9, wherein, The slope of the second inclined groove wall is greater than the slope of the corresponding first inclined groove wall.
