Abstract

The present invention provides a wrench comprising: a body, a movable block, an end cap, an elastic element, and a hand-held component. When the hand-held component rotates in the forward direction, the actuating part pushes against the first groove wall, causing the elastic element to expand and the sliding part to drive the movable jaw closer to the fixed jaw, thereby reducing the clamping area. When the hand-held component rotates in the reverse direction, the actuating part pushes against the second groove wall, causing the elastic element to compress and the sliding part to drive the movable jaw away from the fixed jaw, thereby expanding the clamping area.

Claims

1. A wrench comprising: A body having a fixed jaw extending upward from one side of its end face, and a groove formed recessed on the other side of its end face. A groove opening is formed on the side of the body away from the fixed jaw, connecting to the groove. The body has a connecting groove, and a pivot hole extends from one side of the body through the connecting groove to the other side. A movable block having a connected movable jaw and a sliding part, the sliding part being movably mounted in the groove. The movable jaw moves closer to and away from the fixed jaw by the displacement of the sliding part, forming a clamping area. An actuation groove is recessed below the sliding part, and the actuation groove communicates with the connecting groove. An end cap is attached to the side of the body where the groove opening is located. An elastic member is installed in the groove, and both ends of the elastic member abut against the end cap and the sliding part of the movable block, respectively. The diameter of the spring coil of the elastic member gradually decreases from the end abutting the sliding part to the end abutting the end cap. A handheld component has an actuating part and a connecting part connected at one end. The handheld component is inserted into the connecting groove through the connecting part, and the actuating part enters the actuating groove. A pin movably passes through the connecting part, the connecting groove and the pivot hole, and the actuating part movably abuts against a first groove wall and a second groove wall of the actuating groove.

2. The wrench as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer surface of the handpiece has a plurality of anti-slip elements.

3. The wrench as claimed in claim 1, wherein the end cap has a locking hole on the side facing the elastic member, and the elastic member engages with the locking hole when the end cap is attached to the body.

The wrench as claimed in claim 1, wherein the groove is further divided into a square groove and an arc groove, the square groove and the arc groove are connected, the arc groove is a cylindrical hole and the square groove is a rectangular hole, and the sliding part is further provided with a sliding post and a sliding block corresponding to the shape of the square groove and the arc groove, the sliding post being located in the arc groove and the sliding block being located in the square groove.

5. The wrench as described in claim 4, wherein the elastic element is disposed within the arcuate portion.
