Abstract
Claims
1. A braces generation system, comprising: an electronic device, comprising: a storage unit for storing a 3D scanned dental profile digital file, the 3D scanned dental profile digital file comprising at least an upper jaw image file, a lower jaw image file, an initial upper and lower jaw occlusion image file, and a maximum mandibular forward displacement occlusion image file, wherein the initial upper and lower jaw occlusion image file has an initial point, the maximum mandibular forward displacement occlusion image file has a maximum forward displacement point, the initial point being the position of the apex of the lower incisor after the front incisor and lower incisor occlusion, and the maximum forward displacement point being the position of the apex of the lower incisor after the lower incisor has moved forward the maximum distance; and an application unit, comprising at least: a computing module connected to the storage unit, for comparing the initial point and the maximum forward displacement point to obtain a maximum displacement distance, and then dividing the maximum displacement distance equally to allocate different displacement points for obtaining the apex position of the lower incisor, and assigning a code to each displacement point; A virtual dental model generation module, connected to the computing module, is used to obtain different displacement points of the lower incisor apex position for different codes, and then simulate a virtual upper and lower jaw occlusal dental model based on the upper jaw drawing, the lower jaw drawing, and the different displacement points. The virtual upper and lower jaw occlusal dental model has at least one upper jaw tooth and one lower jaw tooth. An upper positioning point is marked on both sides of the upper jaw tooth, and a lower positioning point is marked on both sides of the lower jaw tooth. A dental brace generation device, connected to the electronic device, is used to manufacture a dental kit based on the virtual upper and lower jaw occlusal dental model. The dental kit has an upper dental brace assembly corresponding to the upper jaw tooth and a lower dental brace assembly corresponding to the lower jaw tooth. An upper positioning member extends from both sides of the upper dental brace assembly corresponding to the upper positioning point, and a lower positioning member extends from both sides of the lower dental brace assembly corresponding to the lower positioning point.

The braces generation system as described in claim 1, wherein the virtual dental model generation module is set with different codes to generate different displacement points of the lower incisor apex position, and the connection between the upper positioning component and the lower positioning component of the braces assembly produced by the braces generation device enables the lower incisor apex position to remain fixed at the set displacement point position.
3. The braces manufacturing system as described in claim 1, wherein the upper positioning member and the lower positioning member can be a combination of a hook and a fastener.

The braces manufacturing system as described in claim 1, wherein the braces manufacturing equipment comprises a dental mold production component and a braces manufacturing component, the dental mold production component being able to first generate a physical dental mold based on the virtual upper and lower jaw occlusion dental mold file, and the braces manufacturing component being able to produce the braces based on the physical dental mold.

The braces generation system as described in claim 1, wherein the braces generation device has a braces generation application and a braces production component for generating a virtual braces drawing based on the virtual upper and lower jaw occlusion model drawing, the virtual braces drawing having a virtual upper jaw component and a virtual lower jaw component, and the braces production component is capable of producing the braces set based on the virtual braces drawing.

The braces generation system as described in claim 5, wherein the virtual braces image file has a virtual upper teeth kit and a virtual lower teeth kit, the virtual upper teeth kit being able to be directly fitted onto the virtual upper jaw piece, and the virtual lower teeth kit being able to be directly fitted onto the virtual lower jaw piece.
