Abstract
Claims
1. An auxiliary device for a mold, comprising: two fixing units, each fixing unit including a base, a mounting shaft inserted into the base, and at least one fixing member disposed on the base; two connecting units detachably connected to the fixing units, each connecting unit including a support body, a fastener pivotally mounted on the support body and detachably fastening the mounting shaft of the corresponding fixing unit, and a locking mechanism disposed on the support body, the locking mechanism being operable to rotate the fastener relative to the support body from a locked position to an unlocked position, wherein when the fastener is in the locked position, the fastener fastens the mounting shaft and restricts the mounting shaft from being detached from the fastener, and when the fastener is in the unlocked position, the fastener allows the mounting shaft to be detached from the fastener; and a multi-directional movable unit connecting the connecting units and providing two degrees of freedom of movement or rotation between the connecting units.
2. The auxiliary device for the mold as described in claim 1, wherein, The multi-directional movable unit includes two receiving members that are pivotally connected to the supports of the assembly units, and a connecting member that is movably connected to the receiving members.
3. The auxiliary device for the mold as described in claim 2, wherein, Each receiving member of the multi-directional movable unit has a pivot portion pivotally mounted on a corresponding support body, two lug portions protruding from the pivot portion toward the adapter and spaced apart from each other, and a turning portion located between and pivotally connected to the lug portions. The adapter has a main seat portion and four protrusion portions arranged in pairs on the main seat portion. The two protrusion portions in each pair protrude from the main seat portion toward one of the receiving members and are pivotally connected to the corresponding turning portion. The rotation axis of each turning portion pivotally connected to the lug portions is perpendicular to the rotation axis of the turning portion pivotally connected to the protrusion portions.
4. The auxiliary device for the mold as described in claim 2, wherein, Each receiving member of the multi-directional movable unit has a pivot portion pivotally mounted on a corresponding support body and a slide rail portion protruding from the pivot portion toward the adapter. The adapter has a main seat portion corresponding to the slide rail portion of the receiving member. The main seat portion forms two slide grooves for the slide rail portions to be slidably fitted into, and the extending axes of the slide grooves are not parallel to each other.
5. The auxiliary device for the mold as described in claim 1, wherein, Each set of connecting units has two guide slots in its support body. The locking mechanism has a slide seat that is slidably located in the support body and has two guide blocks that respectively extend through the guide slots, an outer frame that is set on the support body and for the guide blocks to be embedded, two positioning posts that are set on the support body, an elastic member that is set in the support body and whose two ends respectively abut against the support body and the slide seat, and a tension spring that connects the fastener and the support body. The positioning posts are pushed by the elastic force and protrude out of the support body, thereby blocking the side of the outer frame facing the multi-directional movable unit.
6. The auxiliary device for the mold as described in claim 5, wherein, Each connecting unit has a fastening groove in its fastening member. When the fastening member is in the locked position, the slide block abuts against the fastening member. At this time, the opening of the fastening groove is blocked by the support body. When the positioning pins are compressed inward by operation and no longer block the outer frame, the outer frame can be operated to slide relative to the support body, so that the slide block approaches the multi-directional movable unit along the guide grooves, thereby so that the slide block no longer abuts against the fastening member. At this time, the tension spring can pull the fastening member to flip to the unlocked position. When the fastening member is in the unlocked position, the opening of the fastening groove is no longer blocked by the support body and is exposed.
7. The auxiliary device for the mold as described in claim 6, wherein, Each set of connecting units has a base wall, two side walls that are spaced apart from each other and connected to the base wall and respectively provided with guide grooves, a mounting post that is connected to the side walls at both ends and is hooked to one end of the tension spring of the corresponding locking mechanism, and a stop block fixed on the side walls and for one end of the elastic member to abut against. Each side wall has a receiving groove that extends away from the multi-directional movable unit and is located on one side of the fastener. When the fastener is in the locked position, the opening direction of the fastening groove is different from the opening direction of the receiving groove. When the fastener is in the unlocked position, the opening direction of the fastening groove is the same as the opening direction of the receiving groove.
8. The auxiliary device for the mold as described in claim 3, wherein, The multi-directional movable unit also includes a set of sleeve springs disposed on the adapter, the sleeve springs surrounding the lugs and the protrusions.
